I became the owner of this vacation home by chance. Now I’ve brought the previous owner’s vision to life and tried to turn it into a little gem! Water is pumped into the house from a well. So, a word of caution for those who are sensitive! Electricity is generated by a solar system, and excess energy is stored in a battery for use at night. Both e-bikes and the electric car can be charged at the “jewel box” using a wallbox. Please inquire about the current rate.
