I have tried to make this apartment as comfortable as your own home only at the beach. NO CAR IS NEEDED TO STAY AT THIS AMAZING LOCATION This unit has two bedrooms and two baths. It can accommodate six people with a king bed and two Queen beds. There are plenty of closet and dresser space, a fully-equipped kitchen, color TV’s, and direct dial telephones. You’ll enjoy a private balcony, large living room and dining area. Our management office is on-premise for your assistance and to provide visitor information. After-hours check-in available. Siesta beach is recognized internationally for its fine powdery white sand — cool to walk on even in the heat of summer! Lounge chairs are provided for guests only. The beach has a gated entry. Covered parking spot and a nice BBQ area with tiki huts for shade. The Sea Shell is a smaller condo complex with a heated pool and sauna. Walk out your door onto the beach. Across the street is conveniently located, a grocery store, Deli, boat and bike rental ,ice cream and a karaoke nightclub. Downtown Sarasota and Lido key are a short drive away, offering culture in the theater ,arts and museums. Boating ,fishing and snorkeling are all amazing activities you can experience.

Sea Shell condo siesta Key review

My family had a great stay. The check-in was smooth and the condo met all of our expectations. The covered parking spot was an bonus especially with how hot it was during the day. We loved the short walks to the beach and the close proximity of a grocery store, restaurants, coffee and ice cream shops across the street.

Great location nice unit. Good updates. Easy check in and Maria was super great with communication! Definitely would stay again! Rent umbrellas from Sammy’s beach bums to get some shade on the fabulous beach that’s steps away fun karaoke just across the street!

Nice property. Great location.

My family came down for a quick spring break vacation. Property is clean and in a great location. Beach access is fantastic. A little trouble with the checkin process but the owner and property manager handled promptly. Would definitely stay again

Amazing location

We live Siesta Key and this property did not disappoint! Great location, great amenities and a great condo. Well stocked and recently renovated. We’ve already booked for 2025.

Family Vacation

Our stay was great! The bedroom with the 2 beds were perfect for our 7 and 5 year olds. The master is huge. Our 2 year old slept in a pack n play near our bed and we still had plenty of room. The condo is clean and has everything you will need. Plenty of towels. Our kids LOVED the pool. The location of this condo is perfect. The bar across the street can sometimes be loud, but this never kept us up. Our only issue was the we drove a suburban and it would not fit in the covered parking. We got a note on our window to park up front. This was not a big deal, but would have been nice to know that if you driving a truck or larger SUV, it may not fit in underground parking and if that is the case, you should park up front. This was our ONLY issue, if you even want to call it that! Maria was very responsive when we had questions. We were so sad to go. Our 7 year old was in tears. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything!

The property was great and just as advertised. I had a couple of questions and Maria texted me right back with answers. The property was clean and nice and fully stocked with everything you need. I would highly recommend it to others.

February Vacation

Loved this unit! Owner has given attention to detail. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Kitchen well equipped. Very clean. Outdoor storage bin a plus. Love that we could walk from unit to beach and leave our flip flops behind!! Laundry facility very clean and new.

This is the second time we have stayed in unit 104 at Sea Shell. It is a very nice unit, conveniently located on the first floor. It has plenty of room for a family. The amenities are plentiful! They have a storage unit by their parking spot full of beach toys and other beach items so you don’t really have to bring anything. Definitely check it out before you buy anything. Sea Shell is right across the street from a small grocery store and several great restaurants. The location is perfect. The beach access is perfect and the private portion of beach is very nice. The pool is nicely heated and very close to the restaurants so a parent can walk across the street to grab lunch for the group. The laundry is community and coin operated so we didn’t use that. All in all, we can’t wait to come back next year!

Loved the Condo!

We’ve stayed at the seashell condos before but first time in this unit… will definitely stay again! Loved everything about it…. The owner was great with a check in mishap, the unit is beautiful and we’re close to everything! Definitely recommend this unit!!!

Crescent beach vacation

We were a short 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beach! Easy access with little children to walk back for drinks/food/naps. The condo was just as pictured! Maria was super responsive and supplied great information about the surrounding area. If we ever make a trip back down we will definitely be staying here again!

Awesome property

I loved the rental unit. The unit was beautiful and the beach decor was a refreshing change. : ) The kitchen was fully stocked with absolutely every cooking utensil, pots and pans, dishware, cleaning supplies etc. etc. (So look in all of the cabinets if you stay here. You will find everything you need and then some.) Look inside the hall closet...you will find beach bags, a beach umbrella, a beach chair, umbrella's in case you get caught in a storm. This unit does have units above you, so if you are a light sleeper...bring some white noise...for the most part the property was quiet, but you may hear people moving around above you. It is vacation though for most folks..so the increase in families is to be expected. There is a tv with remote in every room and an outside balcony. The balcony does overlook the side parking lot and the condo next door but it is still relaxing as you can look to the left and see palm trees. There are two washers and two dryers on each floor which was nice. Just $1.50 to wash and the same price to dry. The entry to the beach was the best part...Our unit was just steps away from a locked gated entrance to the beach....beautiful clear water and peaceful sunsets...lots of pretty seashells as well. The locals were very friendly and they love to hear where people are from. I highly recommend the following places for the best food etc. 1. The Boatyard waterfront grill. Food, prices and staff are amazing! 2. Homemade ice cream shop close to Captain Curt's. Amazing ice cream, friendly staff. 3. Captain Curt's Fun, good food 4. Boat rental half a mile away. 5. Siesta Keys Village: Tons of shops, food, drinks etc. (Parking can be difficult at times so be prepared to walk the village.) 6. Parasailing, bikes, mopeds, minature cars, go-carts are available to rent. 7. Fishing 8. Orlando is 2 hours away but that is a great spot if you are interested in the amusement parks, Universal Studies, Seaworld, Disney etc. The office staff was great with communication, I arrived when the office was closed and everything was ready for me as promised. Keep the codes handy that they give you because you need a code to get into most of the property gates, doors, poolhouse etc. The only drawback was the 4pm checkin time. Many other rental units allowed access as early as 2-3pm. (However if you are prepared, you can hang out on the beach, at the pool or explore the shops etc. while you wait.) The property owner was very sweet, quick responses!

Lovely unit

Really enjoyed a few days at this lovely unit with my wife, daughter, son in law and 7 month old granddaughter. The condo is located yards from the beautiful gated beach. It is a short walk to dining, ice cream and music. The condo itself is clean and comfortable with a coffee maker and very nice bedrooms. I would go there again.

Spring Break 2022

Very well equipped condo with higher end items. Updated. Hard wood floors & tile throughout - no carpet. Description of unit is spot on. Only down side is the lack of a view & the ironing board :) Close to food, entertainment and less than a minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The Powells from Kentucky

The condo was well represented. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and numerous kitchen gadgets. The tv channel package was more than expected, premium channels. Most condos only have a basic package. The location is great. Wonderful resturant across the street, small grocery. We loved the area and cannot wait to return. The Powells from Kentucky

Fantastic Stay

This condo is very nice! They thought of everything. The beds are comfortable. You have everything that you could think of in the kitchen. The beach toys were a very nice touch. The owner was super responsive. Paula in the office was very helpful. The beach is the absolute best!! Loved it!
