This small, tiny-house-style vacation home is located just under 100 meters from the beach and right next to the Ahrenshooper Holz nature reserve. Bicycle and hiking trails, as well as the health clinic, are in the immediate vicinity. The center of Ahrenshoop is about two kilometers away and offers restaurants, bakeries, cafés, and art galleries.

Vacation Home (Tiny House)
With approximately 26 m² of living space, the Lütthus is a compact tiny house that offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in a small space. The bright, open-concept living and sleeping area combines a double bed, kitchenette, and dining area into a cozy whole. A separate bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the living comfort.

Outdoor Area
In front of the house, a small, sunny terrace with seating invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors or relax in the evenings.
A parking space is available directly on the property.

Barrier-Free
The parking space is located directly in front of the house, providing short and easy access. Inside, everything is designed on one level with no steps. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and offers additional comfort.

Special Features
The tiny house is designed for compact living and therefore does not have space for a crib or a high chair. A filter coffee maker and an electric kettle are not provided.
