The Nicest Place on Reelfoot Lake for a Group of Family or Friends

The Lakeside Lodge is an excellent place to vacation or host a small event. The 1500 square foot deck overlooking the lake is a great place to gather and relax or entertain. The property has 2 buildings. The first is a bunk house with 10 beds and 1 bathroom with a walk in shower. The back building has a utility room with washer/dryer, full bathroom, 4 Full over Full bunks upstairs in the game room, a large gathering room overlooking the lake with a full kitchen and high top table that seats 8 as well a furniture for viewing the Flatscreen TV. You can walk directly from the back entertainment room onto the deck and there is plenty of seating as well as a charcoal grill for cooking out. The middle section of the back building has been remodeled and now has a 21 ft table with 12 seats and a side bar for serving food, drinks, etc.

We stayed for the eclipse but I would 10/10 come back with a group of guys to do some duck hunting/fishing and general guy stuff!

A great place for a large group to enjoy!

We had a great week! We came to celebrate our matriarchs 90th birthday. She grew up in samberg, and has lots of family in the area still. the deck was perfect. Everyone that wanted to fish could. The boat house was great for our boat. The party room provided a great place to setup the food and eat in. The recliners were even better for the elders to sit and reminisce on 90 years of life. Thank you !

Great stay

This property was great. We had a mini family vacation and everyone enjoyed their stay. The view was awesome of the lake, the neighborhood was quiet and plenty of space to park. We are planning to stay again next year if possible. Would definitely recommend if you needed a place for family. The back deck was awesome with plenty of space for us all to hangout.

My wife and I, another brother and his wife, another brother and his son and my daughter, her husband and 2 grandchildren ages 6 & 3. My 2 brothers and I spent many camping trips at Reelfoot as kids here with our dad. We took our families to reminisce. The place was comfortable and we had a great time. My granddaughter learned to ride her bike without training wheels.on this trip. The Parkers were very accommodating. Great place for large gatherings.

Outstanding Stay!!!

We had a great time! The lodge was very clean, spacious, with a great view of Reelfoot Lake. Ben stayed in contact with us to make sure all was ok. Everything was provided to make our stay feel like home. The quiet of the evening, watching the sunset over the lake and watching the American Bald Eagles nest was priceless! We would recommend this lodge without hesitation.

Great family reunion location

We thought this was a great place to stay and are hoping to book this spot again in the future. My family is from the general area and decided to use Reelfoot as a place to have a reunion. This house was perfect, as it provided plenty of room. We spent a lot of time on the deck, relaxing and talking to one another, and cooked a lot of meals on site. The kids were able to alternate between games in the game room, television, and other activities. The view from the deck is amazing.

Family gathering

We came to the lake from East Tennessee to meet up with my husbands son and his family. Ben let us in and showed us around. He was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kids had a blast fishing and playing pool. I'm sure we'll be back!

Everything was fantastic.

Property was clean comfortable, roomy and great location to everything we needed. Gas station/bait store was 2 blocks away, boat dock just down the road, great restaurant a few miles away. I would recommend this property to anyone from fishermen, bird watchers, hunters, families, and fishing buddies like we have that get together once a year. We have looked for years to find a location to go back to every year, and this is it. Planning on making this place our yearly trip from now on. Did I mention we caught a lot of fish? yes we did. Great property owners, meet us at the property. Thanks for the great vacation.

Relaxing & peaceful getaway

When looking for a place to get away and relax for a bit it was not a hard decision to pick this location. Upon arrival & pulling onto the carport seeing the sun reflect off the water..it was exciting to be so close! The house has everything you would need..and then some. The atmosphere was cozy & fun! Very spacious!!The kids loved the gameroom. Hubby and i spent alot of time on the back deck watching the wildlife and the amazing sunsets!! We done a little fishing off of the boat dock and he even caught a few! Booking with Ben you will not be disappointed. We enjoyed our stay..a much needed get away..& the Discovery park is not far and is excellent for kids of all ages!! We will definitely book again.

Breath taking

When we arrived we were surprised at how big it really is and the decor is a true hunting and fishingdesign. The kids loved playing pool and fossball upstairs. We were having a family reunion, which we do every two years. About 60 of us stayed all around Samburg. We had several 18 come visit us the first day we arrived and we had plenty of room sitting around outside chattin the kitchen is well stocked and don't bring crock pots, there's 3 there. Even the frig had condiments. We took extra trash bags which came in handy. We all went out to a bar call Stump Jumpers and they had a karaoka contest and a couple of us got to participate in. We even had our well behaved shih tzu with us and there was open space like a park next to us for his potty pleasure. This is why i gave such high marks. So much to mention but would be a long read.
