This house, built in 1900, was completely renovated in 2024-2026. The renovation began with the lower level, which features a living/dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen. It also includes a brand-new bathroom with a shower and toilet, a bedroom with a 180x200 cm box-spring bed, and a walk-through area with a washer and dryer.

In 2026, the staircase was installed and the large room on the upper floor was renovated. It now features two 90x200 cm single box-spring beds, each with its own TV.

This means there is now space for up to 4 people as standard, and theoretically up to 5 people with an extra bed.

The living room and bedrooms each have a TV.
