Welcome to this charming 2-room apartment, certified with 4 DTV stars, featuring a cozy “captain’s bedroom”—perfect for sports and relaxation vacations for couples as well as parents with children.

The “Kleine Auszeit” is located in the “Residenz am Balmer See,” a beautiful complex right on the Achterwasser. Kaiserbad Bansin is about an 8-minute drive away, or you can enjoy the scenery along the way by bike on a variety of cycling routes. Located right next to the nature reserve, here at Balmer See you’ll find the peace and relaxation you need for your “little getaway.” Because the apartment is on the first floor, it isn’t directly “visible” from the street—so you don’t have to worry about prying eyes from outside. You can enjoy your breakfast in the cozy living/dining area or perhaps on the balcony, where you can also unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. Starting at noon, you’ll have a spot in the sun there—making your coffee or tea twice as enjoyable! Well-equipped kitchen.

The 150-square-meter wellness area, featuring three different saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam room), a spacious relaxation room, and a small fitness area is located on the first floor and can be easily accessed via the elevator in your bathrobe without ever leaving the house.

There is also a laundry room on the first floor.

Take advantage of the large sunbathing lawn with a dock in front of the house, right on Lake Balmer, to relax—free, in-house sun loungers are available for your use there. Free parking is available at the house.
