About the Vacation Rental
The exclusive duplexvacation rental is located on the first floor of an apartment building on a beautiful 1,300 m² property. On the first level, you’ll find a designer kitchen-diner equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. The bright kitchen, featuring plenty of solid wood, exudes a special atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen is sure to delight any home cook, featuring a variety of cooking utensils, a stand mixer, an immersion blender, a kitchen scale, a salad spinner, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a milk frother, and a Nespresso machine. A Teufel Premium digital radio with over 1,000 radio stations via DAB+, the internet, or lossless music from your smartphone provides the perfect entertainment while cooking and during long evenings. The beautiful dining area, featuring a solid wood table and a large southwest-facing balcony, is perfect for social cooking evenings with a unique view of the Bodden at sunset. The bedroom, with its comfortable double bed, large closet, and SMART TV, also offers its own balcony access. The oiled solid wood parquet flooring and appropriate upholstery ensure that even those with dust allergies can sleep soundly. A high-quality, sunlit bathroom with a rain shower completes the first level. A hair dryer, a hot air brush, and a seating area with a makeup mirror are, of course, provided.

A steep staircase leads you to the attic. Here, you’ll find yourself directly in the light-filled, open-concept gallery with a stunning view of the Bodden. The oiled solid wood parquet flooring and high-quality furnishings create a truly cozy atmosphere. A designer sofa with a récamière is the perfect spot to relax while enjoying the view of the Bodden and the second SMART TV. A desk with a 27-inch QHD designer monitor, combined with high-speed fiber-optic internet, offers you the perfect opportunity for a “workation” or for surfing the web on your own laptop.

In addition to the large balcony, the vacation rental offers you a private small garden with a view of the nature reserve and the Bodden, a lawn for sunbathing, a terrace, patio furniture, and a Weber grill. This means you also have a relaxing outdoor space where you can unwind and simply let your mind wander. The vacation rental includes a private carport and a lockable bike storage area. If you plan to bring your own bedding, please note that the mattress is a special size: 180 x 200 cm.
