The 4 bedrooms of the villa are spacious, 2 of them have their en-suite bathroom. A small independent studio with direct access to the villa's garden is part of the rental. It has 1 bedroom (140 cm bed) with shower room, kitchen / living room and terrace.
One of the 4 bathrooms has 2 showers.
6 single beds, on the dormitory mezzanine.

At 300m, you walk to the white sandy beach of Pinarello, lined with umbrella bread.
Yucca is 700m from the marine village of Pinarello, where you will appreciate the restaurants / ice cream parlors "feet in the water" with a view of the bay.

Many activities nearby: Boat rental, Kayak cannon, windsurfing, jet ski, canioning, tree climbing, GR 20 .....

Rental possible for 16 people with an annex studio, thus allowing accessibility for people with reduced mobility.

Near GR20: Golf de Sperone 40 kms away.

A deposit check of 2000 € (not cashed) is to be deposited upon your arrival. If you do not have a checkbook, it is a bank transfer of 800 €. The deposit is returned the week following your departure.
