"Grand Maman" House with Shared Pool, Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi

The large holiday home Chez Grand Maman is located in Cléguérec, on a former 1.3-hectare farm converted about thirty years ago into four holiday homes of different sizes. It is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway in nature. The 160 m² house includes a living room with sofas, a kitchen, a dining room, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 15 people. Amenities include a washing machine, a dishwasher, as well as bath and pool towels. You can also enjoy the shared pool, a ping-pong table, a mini football goal, mölkky and a giant mikado. This accommodation does not have air conditioning. Outdoor and covered areas are available for relaxing evenings. Former farmhouse where nature reigns, bordered by a stream, Gite Les Hiboux has been transformed into four gites of various capacities with a reception hall, all set on a 1.3-hectare estate. You will find green spaces, an outdoor pool open from May to September with a covered terrace, marquees, private terraces, and barbecues. Parking is available on the property via a dedicated path. Pets are not allowed. The property provides everything you need for waste sorting. Cleaning fees are included in the rental. Children remain under your responsibility during the stay. To ensure a safe and peaceful experience, the house rules will be sent to you before your arrival. Parties are only allowed when the entire site is privatized. The reception hall can be opened for an extra fee.
