The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom features a tandem bed (extendable to two levels) for two people.
The open-concept kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, an oven with a ceramic cooktop and range hood, a refrigerator, and all standard kitchen appliances.
Modern, tiled bathroom with a corner shower featuring a glass partition, sink, and toilet.

The apartment has laminate flooring and tile. An underground parking space is available in the building; there is also an elevator and a bicycle storage room in the basement. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also located in the basement. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Dogs are not allowed.
