Family room, 2 bedrooms, shower, toilet - Vacation home in the orchard

The private rooms are located on the upper floor of our vacation home. There are 2 rooms available: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds, a dining table, a refrigerator, and some dishes for breakfast in the room. You can book one or both rooms as needed. Both rooms are equipped with electric shutters.
Basic amenities: bed linens, towels, electric kettle, tea, dish soap, dish towel.



The vacation home is located on the outskirts of Kirn. The entire property is available for guests’ use. Just a few steps away, you can enjoy nature with meadows and forests. The Soonwaldsteig and the Vitaltour 3-Burgen-Weg trail run near the house. The Hildegard von Bingen Pilgrimage Trail and the Naheradweg bike path run through Kirn. Shops, cafés, restaurants, and the outdoor pool are within easy walking distance—you can leave your car behind.
Parking is available on the property or on the street next to the house. Lockable storage space for your bicycles, as well as for sports equipment, hiking gear, or climbing gear, is available in the basement. A washing machine is provided. You can clean your hiking boots in the basement using a brush and running water.
Garden furniture is provided for the patio and balcony. Depending on the season, the garden offers various types of fruit, such as raspberries, blackberries, apples, mirabelle plums, and cherries. View of the Kirner Dolomites and Kyrburg Castle.

On-site costs: The price includes the costs for water, electricity, heating, final cleaning of the apartment, and the provision of bed linens and towels. Basic amenities in the vacation rental: Senseo coffee maker, tea, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, dish towel, vinegar and oil, spices. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
