This small vacation complex is located in the village of Jarnitz in a historic brick building (row house).
Completely renovated and restored, the complex—comprising a total of 7 adjacent units—reopened in 2025. Here in Jarnitz, you can enjoy peace and quiet away from the crowds of tourists, surrounded by the unique natural beauty of the island of Rügen.
All residential units feature their own terrace with comfortable seating and loungers for relaxing. 



Bella Vacation Home No. 24—with 3 bedrooms:

The “Bella” vacation home (middle unit in a row of houses) is located in a historic brick building and reopened for the 2025 season following a comprehensive renovation. With a size of approximately 200 square meters spread over 2 floors, it features 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional guest restroom, offering ample space for up to 6 people + 1 toddler (up to 2 years old).

From the private entrance, you enter the hallway with a large coat closet; straight ahead is the guest restroom, and to the right is the kitchen and living area of the spacious, open-concept first floor.

Right at the front is the visually separate kitchen area with a small seating and dining area and a fully equipped built-in kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large stovetop, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances, and all the necessary kitchen utensils—making cooking a breeze. Right next to the kitchen area is a large dining table that seats the whole family. A high chair is also available if needed.

In the large, open living area, a cozy seating area invites you to relax and enjoy cozy evenings playing games or watching TV; a smart TV is available here. From here, you can also step out onto the private terrace, furnished with seating and lounge chairs, where you can wind down as the sun sets.

The upper floor is accessible via an open staircase. Here you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Each bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses). Wardrobes and a TV in each room are also provided. In addition to a toilet, each of the 2 bathrooms features a large, walk-in shower.

Free Wi-Fi is available for guests. For longer stays, guests may use the washer and dryer (by arrangement).

Your beloved pet is also welcome—for a small additional fee, you may bring up to 2 medium-sized dogs (max. height at the withers 50 cm). Please specify the number, breed, and size when booking.

The apartment includes a private carport for your car.

Note: Due to the open staircase leading to the upper floor of the house, we ask families with small children to exercise extra caution.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can add them to your reservation during the booking process if desired.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
