Great condo

I would highly recommend staying at Emerald Beach resort. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The condo was perfect. Great views and location. Will definitely return!

Beautiful view!

The condo was clean and had all the necessary items needed. The views were beautiful and we enjoyed coffee each morning on the balcony. The beds were very comfortable! The rental property management was wonderful and responded quickly with our questions!

Great condo

The condo was perfect!! The views were beautiful and the condo was just as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with everything a family would need for preparing meals. The staff was excellent to work with. I would highly recommend the condo and this unit.

Long weekend

Easy in easy out. Room was great. The balcony was the place to be looking at the ocean. Wish I coulda have stayed longer!

Very clean!

This was one of the very best units we have stayed from Emerald. We usually stay at Emerald at least once sometimes twice a year. It was very clean, comfortable beds, great water pressure and great location in the building. We only stayed a few days but would definitely rebook this unit for longer.

Very Crowded Area

The unit was older, but nice. We just didn’t enjoy the area. Due to the size of the Emerald and Wyndham and so many people staying there, the beach area and pools are overcrowded.

Cleanliness during covid

Loved the view.. loved overall would of liked better directions on whole layout of property. Found a baby rattle under the bed, a ninja turtle by chair in master bedroom and a coke can on the balcony made me alittle cautious to the whole cleaning process but over all had a good time

Surprise!!! A good surprise

I have vacationed at the same place for 30 years and had to make a move to a new spot. I was very apprehensive and confident nothing would be as good as our favorite family vacation spot. I was so wrong! The room was impeccable, the view stunning, and the staff friendly and helpful. The grand-kids had so much fun in the play area and enjoyed the nightly ice cream. We will definitely be back and cant wait. After all these years, we have a new Florida "go-to" spot to relax and enjoy family.

location and gulf views were amazing, just as shown on internet, check in was a breeze, cleanliness, was another story, dirty dishes remained in the dishwasher, silverware drawer was filthy, filled with crumbs, spilled food on the balcony and food spots on the sofa , cleaning fees for this unit are a little higher than normal dont believe that the owner is getting their moneys worth,

Spacious Condo

Great updated and spacious condo. Everything was super clean, with exception of some of the silverware drawers... Housekeeping did not leave any trash bags in trashcans, no paper towels, 1 bar of soap and 1 toilet paper roll for two bathrooms. Condo is much bigger than the average condo. The on site gym is wonderful! There is also a Starbucks on site. There is a beach chair rental and acquatic adventure place in front of the condo. Great stay other than the minor housekeeping issues!

Why I wasn't happy with my stay!!

Had problems with the water cutting off. Had to call twice about it The shower Hott water wasn't very hot! The AC wasn't cooling. Called about that when we got there nothing was done. Finally on Monday I called again and the fan had to be replaced. Which on Tuesday we finally got a working AC! After that it was good then we had to leave on Wednesday. Don't think nk we will be staying there again. Too pricey not to have all the luxuries working properly. Will not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Nice Condo

Only reason I’m rating 3 stars is due to issues with both bedroom TVs, a shower door that wouldn’t close all the way without getting in knees to yank it shut and water that wasn’t as hot as it should be.

Excellent stay!

We had a fantastic experience at this resort. My daughter had a medical emergency within 10 minutes of us arriving while waiting for our room on the beach. The staff at Wyndham worked with the owners and we were able to get into our room an hour early so she could rest somewhere. I was truly appreciative for this! The room was clean and well stocked with essential items needed for the week. I would most definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again myself :)
