The Tannenburg apartment building is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Ahlbeck in a quiet beachfront setting right on the promenade, with beach access right outside the door. The location is particularly attractive, as it combines the beach with the surrounding greenery. A short walk takes you to the town center and the famous historic Ahlbeck pier. Many restaurants and cafés, along with the charm of Ahlbeck, extend a warm welcome to you.

This well-maintained and lovingly furnished 54-square-meter two-room apartment is located on the second floor. The apartment is individually and comfortably furnished and can accommodate 2–3 people for a relaxing vacation by the sea. The open-concept living area features a cozy sitting area with a comfortable sofa (sleeping area: 140 x 200), an armchair, and a flat-screen TV. The modern, high-quality kitchenette—equipped with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, etc.—is open and integrated into the rear living area. Enjoy your meals in the light-filled bay window, which features a spacious dining area. It’s a place where you’ll want to linger a little longer, enjoying a magnificent view of the promenade and the Baltic Sea beyond the pine grove and coastal protection strip. You’ll have the same view from the small balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), a wardrobe, and an additional TV. The bedroom and living room are separated by a wide sliding door, which, when open, creates a wonderful sense of space. The well-equipped bathroom offers guests a bathtub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a sink/toilet, and is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway. Guests may use a parking space in the building’s underground garage. (Note: Double parking space—max. vehicle height 1.50 m, max. vehicle length 5.00 m, max. weight 2 t, minimum ground clearance: front 22.2 cm, center 14.0 cm, rear 27.5 cm).
