Restaurants, cafés, various shopping and entertainment options, as well as all the amenities of a beautiful vacation destination, are just a few minutes’ walk away.

This high-quality, modern 90-square-meter, 3-room apartment on the 2nd floor is accessible by elevator. The apartment accommodates 4–6 people. The spacious living room is tastefully furnished and offers guests a cozy seating area with a pull-out sofa bed and a large flat-screen TV for relaxing. The dining table for 6 people is also integrated into the living room and invites guests to enjoy meals together, which they can prepare in the spacious open-concept kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer.
