The Ruthenberg Villa, built during the Gründerzeit era, is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf in a quiet yet central part of town. On your way to the fine-sand beach, you’ll pass restaurants and various shopping options. There’s also no shortage of bakeries and butcher shops nearby, so you can enjoy a hearty breakfast every morning. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the Heringsdorf pier or the concert shell, where you’ll be entertained by a variety of events.

This modern, family-friendly vacation apartment, decorated in a maritime style and featuring 71 m² of living space, is located on the mezzanine level of the villa. The apartment’s sunny southeast-facing orientation toward the garden guarantees peace and quiet, and the 3.20-meter ceiling height ensures a pleasant living environment even on warm summer days. The apartment is individually and comfortably furnished and was completely renovated and refurnished in 2017 and 2018. From the entryway, which features a coat closet, you’ll find a spacious, comfortable bedroom with a double bed (separate mattresses, 100 x 200 cm) and a 5-door wardrobe. From the hallway, you can also access the spacious combined living room with a cozy sofa area and TV, as well as the open kitchen with a dining area for 4 people. The built-in kitchen includes, among other things, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer combination. An additional room for sleeping or relaxing, with two separate single beds for the children or simply for some quiet time, is available in the loggia adjacent to the living area. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and a sink/toilet. A parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment.
