The Slow Down House is a charming waterfront cabin in the Pacific City village, and only about a half mile to the beach! There are lovely picturesque views from the upstairs great-room. This home features wifi, a private, canal front back yard and a ping-pong party room in the garage downstairs. There is no launch dock, but the canal (which leads to the Nestucca River) is steps down from the private backyard. Also, it's pet friendly and affordable, the perfect cabin for your next visit to Pacific City!

Layout:
Split level home. Downstairs is garage, party room and ping-pong table. Upstairs is living room, dining area, kitchen, full bath, back canal-front deck. 2 Bedrooms. Each has a queen bed.

Neighborhood:
The Slow Down House is in the village of Pacific City on Brooten Road. This is on the East side of the Nestucca River. It is about a half mile walk to the nearest beach access, and 1.5 miles to Cape Kiwanda and the Pelican Pub. The house sits on the Nestucca River canal and has lovely views and a private backyard.

Notes:
This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night . Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply
