Sobre esta propriedade
Charming Rustic Wine Cellar House in Reguengo Grande with Fireplace
Summary:
The spacious, open-plan apartment "Adega Reguengo" is a converted former wine cellar, tucked away in a small alley in the traditional Portuguese village of Reguengo Grande. Just a 15-minute drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of Areia Branca, it offers the perfect blend of charm and convenience. A large, sunny terrace with a barbecue area and pizza oven invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors, host a relaxed BBQ, or simply unwind and soak up the sun in peace.
The Space:
For less sunny days, a cozy fireplace offers the perfect spot to curl up with a good book by the warming fire.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay. The sleeping area is located on a mezzanine level, accessed by a small staircase, adding a charming touch of loft-style living.
There's also a comfortable TV nook for relaxing evenings. The spacious walk-in shower is seamlessly integrated into a modern ground-level cube design.
Guest Access:
The property is easily accessible on foot or by car. When you arrive, there is free parking available nearby, which makes it easy for those travelling by car.
The Neighborhood:
Within just a 2-minute walk, you’ll find two restaurants, two cafés, a greengrocer, a butcher, a bakery, and two small supermarkets – everything you need for daily life right at your doorstep. The village is also a starting point for scenic hiking trails, one of which includes a section of the historic Camino de Santiago. A nearby cave is open for visits and adds to the area's natural charm.
Getting Around:
Popular day-trip destinations in the region include the Dino Park in Lourinhã, the Buddha Eden Garden, the medieval town of Óbidos with its adjoining lagoon, and the Berlenga Islands off the coast of Peniche. Not to forget Nazaré, the picturesque fishing town famous worldwide for its big wave surfing. The stunning Silver Coast is lined with countless beaches between Lourinhã and Peniche, loved by both surfers and swimmers alike. Lisbon Airport can be reached in just 50 minutes by car.
Interaction with Guests:
I'm always happy to help, whether by message or phone call. I'm also happy to suggest new destinations or help with specific services that may be required.
