A sensational one bed bedroom, one bathroom OCEAN FRONT Residential Suite with balcony. Located in the exclusive Ritz-Carlton Resort Hotel on Key Biscayne.

This Ocean Front Suite with Balcony, offers a complete view and exposure to the ocean, beach, pool and resort fountains. Marble entrance foyer, high ceilings with crown moulding, and custom wood cabinetry. Separate bedroom with king size bed and luxurious Frette linens. Spacious living and dining area. Living room has a queen size sofa bed. Beautiful marble bath features a whirlpool tub and separate glass shower as well as a large marble double vanity sink, Fully equipped kitchen and dining table for four. Daily housekeeping is available to purchase at $125 a visit.
NO PETS and NO smoking allowed, including on the balcony.
No parties permitted.
Valet parking available through hotel at daily rate.
A $50 daily resort fee allows you access to hotel amenities and free wi-fi through the hotel.

The Ritz-Carlton is the only luxury hotel on Key Biscayne and offers impeccable service. Totally renovated with the reopening of December 2025. Situated on 44 acres of beachfront property, this property features two spectacular swimming pools that were renovated summer 2019, one child friendly zero entry pool and one serene adult pool. A new kids water splash feature was opened fall 2020! Private beach with cabanas, chaise, umbrellas and food/ refreshment service are available for rent. The resort has lush grounds, fountains and tropical landscapes.

Guests can be pampered at the highly acclaimed and recently multi million dollar renovated 20,000 sq ft spa and fitness center. On property is the famous Cliff Drysdale Tennis Center with 10 clay courts as well as hard courts, pickleball daily classes and private lessons. Fine dining options, in addition to casual dining at the poolside restaurants and bar. The hotel offers numerous activities, bicycle and water sports rentals as well as popular Ritz Kids program. Sporting events, museums, fishing, shopping and dining nearby. Minutes to Crandon Park Tennis Center. This opulent hotel is a perfect resort for both families as well as couples.

Great Stay on Key Biscayne

This was our third stay at The Ritz Key Biscayne, but our first time using Vrbo. Great property and will be back again. Can’t wait to see what the renovations bring to the property.

Fabulous and comfy oceanfront!

We have stayed at both condos of Ann’s, and both are absolutely gorgeous and wonderful, but I have to tell you nothing beats having an ocean front condo! Once again Ann was so helpful whenever I had a question, she was very quick to answer back! Thank you again, Ann! We had such an at home feel being on the beautiful resort !

Such a fun Thanksgiving week!

The condo was beautiful with a gorgeous view! Slept well with four people. The staff at the Ritz was so nice and very helpful! The beach was nice with lots to do including paddle boarding and kayaks. We jog/walked to the lighthouse by beach (which was approx 3.5 miles there and back.) Our two teenage girls enjoyed the spa, pool and hot tub. The owner, Ann, was extremely helpful and quick to respond. We would definitely love to come back!

Incredible view in a wonderful location!

Unit was clean,spacious and had incredible views of the ocean from the balcony! Ritz property was lovely & the staff were super friendly, often taking time for a friendly conversation. Sandy beach and warm ocean & pools! The spacious unit, breathtaking view, balcony and the included parking were what sold me! Bill Baggs state park was awesome! We rented a 2 seater-bike, swerved around lots of lizards/iguanas, saw Stiltsville & even climbed to the top of the lighthouse. Enjoyed one night walking around South Beach (Mango's) one night at Tacology in Brickell Mall, boat ride on thriller looking at houses of the rich and famous & for the final night we stayed on the property and ate at Lightkeepers ($$) and had the pool to ourselves! Oh and lunch at Catina was yummy. Even though the Bears lost to the Dolphins the stay was great! I hope to go back soon and take my Mom so she can have some much needed R&R! Thanks to the hostess!

Great beach days!

Even with the Red Tide this year the beach and property are beautiful. It did finally clear out. I would be very interested in renting this property again this winter especially in February when fleeing to warm weather it is so needed in the Northeast corridor of the U.S.

Thank you Ann for sharing your beautiful Ritz suite with us! As a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids), the size was perfect, bedroom well appointed, comfortable pullout sofa bed and the bathroom was massive with separate water closet. We enjoyed a movie night on the large sofa/chaise and was able to connect into Netflix seamlessly. We loved the balcony and the view, and spent relaxing times looking at the boats and watching the hive of activity below. One of the things we were unsure of was how we would be be able to interact with the hotel, happily we were seen as guests of the hotel, from check in to dinner/store charges all were charged to our room which we were able to pay at the end of our stay. And if you haven't stayed at a Ritz before, well get ready for the best treatment. Everyone was kind, helpful and generous. We celebrated our child's birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special for him. We rented a golf cart which we parked in the underground, just so we could visit the light house, do a little light grocery shopping and enjoy some offsite dinners. We used it less then expected! The food at the Ritz was amazing, dinners at the Dunes on the sofa were spectacular and the Light House Keeper - spectacular (Placido at the light house restaurant made our trip beyond special, ask for him!!) And the Cantina's lunch delights by the pool always hit the spot! For our family this was exactly what we were looking for, a relaxing trip with sun and fun! We also played tennis almost daily at the tennis centre on the property - perfection!

The only thing more beautiful than the suite itself, is the breathtaking view…

I just returned from a (much needed) get away with my wife in Key Biscayne and the Bahamas for our anniversary. Originally, I planned to book the trip through AmEx travel because of the convenience factor, “exclusive” pricing, and excellent customer service. But after seeing Ann’s add on VRBO, I couldn’t pass up the chance to stay in a suite with an ocean view for the same price I was going to pay for a standard room, so I booked it immediately. After booking the room, Ann contacted me almost immediately, and went out of her way to make sure everything was going to go smoothly and even made recommendations on ways to make our stay even more pleasurable. Originally I was hesitant to step outside my comfort zone when booking a hotel, however, after my experience in dealing with Ann, AmEx could take a few customer service pointers from her! She owns a small piece of paradise, and is generous enough to share it! The whole experience was awesome, and I will definitely be back again.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

I can say nothing negative about my stay in this Unit at the Ritz Key Biscayne. Perfectly maintained and updated furnishings. The owner is a joy to deal with and I even added 2 extra days since available. The hotel is amazing and the setting is beautiful. You are crazy if you DON’T choose this unit for your vacation. I know I will be back again!!!
