Located in a palazzo adjacent to Ponte Vecchio, with windows just over Arno River, this elegant apartment is in the very heart of Florence and a moment away from the most important monuments.

The romantic Ponte Vecchio (ā€œold bridgeā€) is few meters away and you can almost touch it from the windows. The Duomo Cathedral, one of the cityā€™s most famous landmarks, designer shops, art galleries, and museums are all within 1 km. The building is located in the old city center of Florence, where all the major attractions are located. This area is no more than 1.5 km across: everything is within walking distance.

The dƩcor of the interior has been executed in the traditional Florentine style and the rooms are furnished with particular elegance.

The apartment is on the second floor with elevator; it is approximately 120 sqm wide and consists of an entrance way, three bedrooms (two bedrooms can be arranged either as double or twin; the third bedroom is a single bedroom), two bathrooms (two showers), a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a dining table and an amazing sight over Florence. The floor is in parquet.

My family loved the Bardi apartment. Amenities were great. Hosts were very attentive when needed. Having a grocery store right across the street and a great wine shop down the road. Minutes from all the attractions and having a view of the Palazzo Vecchio while eating at the table was icing on the cake. Would love to come back

A beautiful apartment with a spectacular view and location. We loved our stay. Having the Conad supermarket across the street was very convenient. They had everything and good cured meats, snacks and wine. We ate in the Oltrarno each night, which was less touristy then the central area. Easy to walk to all the museums and sites. Very nice to have our the kitchen for our morning espresso and mid-afternoon antipasta and vino. Communication with Tomaso and Sibilla was easy. Sibilla met us at the apartment and showed us around. You will love your stay at this Bardi apartment

This apartment turned out to be one of our best VRBO stays so far! From start to finish, communication with management was excellent. The bathroom, kitchen, and decor are somewhat dated, but typical of most apartments in Europe we have stayed in. Beds were comfortable.Beyond that, the location is AMAZING. I pinched myself every time I walked down the hall from the bedrooms to the living room to the views of the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno River. You walk out of the building, and a quick walk across the bridge puts you in the heart of Florence. Every evening we listened to beautiful music being played on the bridge. We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay!

An amazing apartment steps from Ponte Vecchio

A beautiful and spacious apartment with stunning views of the Arno River and Ponte Vecchio. Just minutes from shops, markets, and some of the best restaurants in Florence, the location couldnā€™t be better.The host met us at check-in, gave us a thorough tour of the apartment, and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Perfect Location - Walking Distance to everywhere!

We really enjoyed our stay at the apt. Tomaso and Sibilia are great hosts and the AC was such a life saver to compact the heatwave - this made our entire stay so comfortable. The apt is very quiet. The high ceilings made the entire apt feel spacious even though itā€™s not a small place to begin with. Thereā€™s a kitchen that has everything except kitchen towels and mittens, but we made it work regardless. This is the place that you want to stay in Florence. We highly recommend Th is place and will stay here again for our next visit!

We loved our lodging! The view of Ponte Veccho and the location just off of that landmark added magic to our days in Florence. Bedrooms were spacious, the bathrooms had great showers, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We had plenty of towels!!! This is a detail often overlooked by host, but not here! Thank you for everything!

I could look out the living room window all day. The tower and bridge are in perfect view of the windows and the location is spectacular. Everything you could want was in walking distance, and the cutest bars and yummies gelato were right out the front door.

Great location

Location was great - walk to everything but quiet. I think apartment had been used as a student rental and there was too much "stuff" in the kitchen. Mismatched bowls, pots ... who needs a martini shaker in a vacation rental. Coffee maker was broken (we did out best with it). Apartment would be 5 stars if they got rid of kitchen junk and just had a few good items that people will actually use.

Positives - thoughful hosts, great location, ample size, good beds and good airconditioning! Negatives - Very dated furnishings, no clothes dryer(!), tv not connected to wifi or cable (we didn't travel to Florence to watch TV but it is nice to wathc a movie togehter after a long day of site seeing, plus in this day and age it's pretty basic, especially since it was a smart tv and there IS WIFI). Overall very satisfactory but it scrathes the surface of how nice it could be.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. You can easily walk to all the main sites in Florence's historic centre and there are ice cream parlours, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket just minutes from the front door. The apartment itself is very spacious and beautiful - we didn't want to leave. My only slightly negative comment is that we could not work out what to do with the rubbish! Although there is information about how to separate it (which we did) you are then supposed to take it on a daily basis to large underground bins. There is a map showing the location of the bins around the city but there did not seem to be any near the apartment and we didn't really want to be walking round sightseeing with bags of rubbish in the hope of spotting the bins. The only underground places we saw were car parks, not bins, so perhaps some instructions about exactly where to find the nearest bins would help future guests.

Wonderful Stay in Firenze

We had a wonderful stay in Firenze at the Bardi Apartment. The location was amazing - so close to everything with a beautiful view of the Ponte Vecchio and the Arno. Although it was so close to many tourist activities, the apartment was very quiet. It made it so easy to relax after days touring Firenze.

Fantastic place

I say was wonderful if I had any criticism at all, it wouldā€™ve been if it was no top to the coffee pot other than that the place was truly exceptional. The views the service the care of the owner. Weā€™re all great well done next time in Florence, Iā€™ll be back.
