W - The Boutique Apartment

W for Warnemünde. Enjoy your stay in our sunny boutique-style apartment. Cool design, fast internet, Netflix and all this just a 10-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Warnemünde and 2 minutes from the restaurant mile “Alter Strom”.



The Space:

Our 40 sqm apartment is perfectly laid out and consists of a quiet bedroom & spacious bathroom. As well as a cozy living room with reading corner and kitchenette with bar table, which can also be used as a work table and of course for eating together. The flat is on the top floor (no lift).



We have put a lot of heart and soul into making our guests as comfortable as possible and look forward to every booking.

The apartment is perfect for couples or families with a child (up to 1.5m tall). In addition to the bedroom with a large double bed, there is a sofa bed in the living room.

Our apartment is also ideal as a home office alternative or for business travelers.



The apartment is ideal for 2-3 guests. A 4-person occupancy is possible, please note that there is then little freedom of movement.



The Neighborhood:

The Warnemünde train station can be reached on foot in just 8 minutes. Nearby (800m) is the large parking garage Molenfeuer (online reservation possible). Our apartment is on the second floor and is accessible via a staircase (no elevator). The shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity are perfect. There is a beverage market, the Mecklenburg farmers' market and a small store with fruit/vegetables and fresh bread rolls just 100m away.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that there is no parking at the property. There is also no oven available.



Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
