Stunning view of the ocean and the Grömitz pier. Beautiful apartment in the Miramar building, approx. 65 m², 2-room vacation apartment 308 on the 3rd floor. This tastefully furnished accommodation sleeps up to 4 people and features a spacious balcony right next to the beach.

Two flights of stairs lead you comfortably to your vacation home on the 3rd floor. The apartment’s entryway opens onto the hallway. From here, you can access the naturally lit bathroom, equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The well-equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own meals during your vacation. Enjoy your meals at the dining table in the living room.
The separate bedroom, furnished with a cozy double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and two nightstands, ensures restful nights. There’s plenty of space for your vacation belongings in a spacious closet in the hallway.
From the hallway, you’ll enter the light-filled living/dining area, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa and two practical fold-out beds—ideal for additional sleeping arrangements. The large, furnished southeast-facing balcony, measuring approximately 28 square meters, invites you to relax; enjoy sunny days on the corner balcony and stunning views of the beach, the Baltic Sea, and the pier.
A free parking space in the double carport is also available to you. Bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable bike room. For your entertainment, there is a TV in the living room, as well as a Bluetooth radio, a CD player, and free Wi-Fi.
Please note:
The Miramar offers not only an elevator but also several staircases. You can reach your apartment from the parking lot via the stairs; from the main entrance (beach side), you can reach the apartment via the elevator. A sauna and a solarium are available for your use in the shared facilities. There are also coin-operated washers and dryers for shared use.
Please note that this vacation rental is a smoke-free property and that pets are not allowed.
Your vacation rental is located right near the beautiful Baltic Sea beach and the lively Grömitz promenade with its numerous cafés, restaurants, and small boutiques. The charming town center, with its inviting pedestrian zone, various bakeries, pharmacies, and supermarkets, is also within easy reach.
