This cozy 25-square-meter bungalow by the sea offers you a comfortable home in every season: airy and bright in the summer, with the nearby forest shielding it from strong winds, and cozy and warm in the winter—perfect for relaxing by the fireplace. Its secluded location right on the waterfront makes this vacation home the ideal base for relaxation and activities. Whether you enjoy water sports, exploring the island by bike, taking long walks along the beach, or experiencing cultural attractions—you’ll find it all on Rügen!
A very special highlight is its location between three beaches all within walking distance—the South Beach, the East Beach, and the West Beach. Thanks to this exceptional location, you’ll always find a sunny spot sheltered from the wind, even when the neighboring stormy surf is within earshot—somewhere nearby, it’s warm and pleasantly quiet.
The bungalow, along with the Haus am Meer, is situated on a large, fenced-in property at the edge of the forest, just a few steps from the West Beach. It offers enough space for two people. Dogs are also welcome guests here and can run around freely on a fenced-in patio.
The well-equipped, modern kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, and small refrigerator—makes for a relaxed cooking experience. The living room is bright and spacious and features a comfortable sleeper sofa where you can relax and unwind while enjoying the view of a strip of forest between the beach and the property, as well as the garden. During the colder months, a wood-burning stove provides soothing warmth. A TV and high-speed Wi-Fi are also included. The built-in closets offer plenty of space for your clothes and everything else you need on vacation. On the terrace in front of the bungalow, comfortable lounge chairs are provided, and you can enjoy your meals while listening to the birds singing. The modern bathroom, with natural light and an exterior window, is fully equipped with a shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, mirror cabinets, towel racks, and more.
A parking space is available on the property.

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub mit unserem Hund. Ist weiter zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Klapp Couch ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, da durch gelegen. Ein normales Bett wäre sinnvoller.

Sehr gemütlich, in der Natur , doch zentral , gleich am Wasser Durch die Vermittlung mit Hund und durch die gemeinsame Einfahrt mit dem Nachbargrundstück ( auch Hunde erlaubt) müsste eventuell noch ein Hinweis angebracht werden ( am Tor ) , das kein Freilaufen der Hunde erlaubt ist , Leinenpflicht . So wäre es für Gäste und Hunde ohne Zwischenfälle möglich. Vielen Dank

Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir den Urlaub. Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus, wie auf der Bildern abgebildet. Kleiner feiner Bungalow für zwei Personen ausreichend..zumindest für einen Kurztrip. Sehr sauber. Der Strand war 1min Fußwea von uns entfernt, und somit fürs Spazieren gehen mit dem Hund perfekt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns auch sehr nett empfangen und war iederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Direkt neben der Unterkunft gibt es ein Restaurant, wo man auch lecker essen qehen kann. Die Schlafcouch wäre für mehrere Nächte, unserer Meinung nach nicht so perfekt.. aber sie ist für den Bungalow eine super Lösung.

Sehr durchdachter und platzsparend eingerichteter Bungalow. Sehr aufmerksam fanden wir die Hundenäpfe bei unserer Anreise mit Hund. Es fehlte aus unserer Sicht nur eine Kleinigkeit und das waren Ofenhandschuhe (wir haben jedenfalls keine gefunden).

Ein großartiger kleiner Rückzugsort zum Wohlfühlen, sehr ruhig gelegen und doch gut erreichbar. Alles war makellos sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts! Die Küche gut ausgestattet, das Bad und die Dusche top! Im Winter, wenn man den Gartenbereich nicht wirklich mitnutzt, ist es zu zweit mit Hund etwas eng, aber für uns war das kein Problem. Es sind auch genügend große Schränke da, um seine Dinge gut zu verräumen. Das Bettsofa ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber völlig in Ordnung (allerdings vielleicht nicht geeignet für Menschen, die da sensibel sind). Außer dem Holzofen gibt es auch eine andere Heizung, und die Fenster sind top isoliert, man kann es sich auch im Winter sehr warm und gemütlich machen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder! - Eine kleine Anleitung für den Kaminofen wäre praktisch, wir mussten erst mal das Modell googeln und eine Bedienungsanleitung finden, da wir nichts falsch machen wollten. - Das Türschloss klemmt ein wenig (es klebt auf ein Hinweis daran, wie man es am besten bedient), wir haben manchmal eine Weile gebraucht. Vielleicht wäre da eine Ersatzschloss nötig, damit nicht irgendwann der Schlüssel abbricht.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Fleckchen zum Entschleunigen. Alles ist super einfach und unkompliziert gestaltet und organisiert. Überall nur sehr netten Menschen begegnet - die Nachbarschaft ebenfalls sehr zuvorkommend und kommunikativ. Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung mit Frau O.Shevchenko war zu jeder Zeit professionell und einwandfrei. Vielen Dank.

Ein sehr kuscheliges, gemütliches kleines Ferienhäuschen fast direkt am Wasser. Hat einen großen Wohlfühlcharakter. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht wird Dies dort finden. Eine Mikrowelle als Küchenausstattung hätte mir gut gefallen.

Sehr schöner Bungalow, gut eingerichtet alles super. Schönes Bad mit Dusche viel Platz für eigene Dinge, großer Spiegelschrank. Küche voll ausgestattet. Sehr großer Wandschrank in dem man alles gut verstauen kann. Vieleicht wäre für den Außenbereich ein größerer Sonnenschirm von Vorteil nicht die 3 kleinen Schirme. Das Bettsofa ist für ältere Personen nicht so geeignet,. Auch die Breite des Betts ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
