The unit is spacious and comfortable, The interior of the unit is well furished with comfortable seating and offers a fully stocked kitchenette, with cutlery and tableware, porcelain stovetop, granite countertops, refrigerator and microwave; front porch, dining room table, king size bed and queen size sofa bed, and a covered terrace where you can relax!!! unit is centrally located within the resort and a very short walk to the infinity pool, beach, casino, and the Fishermen's Village where you can find shops and restaurants. We enjoyed a great dinner at Hemmingway's located inside of the casino.

Bimini Bay HOA

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. No door handle on the back door, found one friendly cockroach and the AC condensate dripped constantly. No kitchen towels, one garbage bag. Our keys didnā€™t work the first time to open the door so we had to go back and get new keys. Overall, it was very clean as described, and easy to get to. The pool and security were amazing, we would recommend it to friends and family.. the beaches are amazing, would also recommend getting a golf cart.

HOA office was closed upon arrival and keys not left with security had to wait almost 2 hours to get into unit. Monday departure, keys stopped working on Sunday and had to wait over an hour to gain access to the unit. Suggest key code entrance.

A wonderful home away from home

We spent the weekend in this spacious studio. Morning coffee on the porch and walks on the beach. It was convenient, cozy and practical. Would definitely return. Fully appointed kitchenette and all the necessary amenities from microwave and one burner countertop, to blow dryer and iron. All the comforts just in case u need them.

This property is an open concept condo. Located in a gated community with a security guard. Overall was clean but needs repairs. The back patio door does not have a handle on the inside or ourside and the lock is broke. The bathroom tub fixtures are falling off the wall, barely attached. The smoke detector and fire extinguisher were missing. There is a small kitchenette with microwave and electric cooktop but no coffer maker. Our golf cart was vandalized the last night we were there. Someone cut the gas line and took the tank.

My daughter and I booked this location for itā€™s vanishing pool. After spending almost an hr getting a room key (stopping at every guard tower only to be pointed in another direction), we found out the the pool was closed and had been for a while. Long enough to have green algae in it. When I inquired when it would reopen NO ONE knew how long it would take. Our roomā€™s sliding glass door didnā€™t work and had to use a block of wood to keep it from opening. The bathroomā€™s towel hanger was broken along with the TP holder. The shower faucet was barely, attached and water pressure was very poor. The pictures look great but donā€™t get fooled!!!!!!!!! Stay on the South side of the North Island instead.

The area was not as advertised . The condo was located in the Bailey town which was not what was advertised as being in Alice town. , checking in was a process that was not explained at all . We arrived and did not have a clear idea of how to get to the condo as the address given was incorrect .Once we finally found the HOA office they did not give us keys so we had to find security guard to help us since the HOA office Closed and we were locked out of the condo once we arrived. There was bugs ( water bugs) . We stayed for 3 days one day into the stay the toilet stopped working and there were no tools to fix it . The TV did not work and the iron and utilities such as washer machine did not work . Overall would not recommend this stay.

Fairly good experience, very responsive host (just needs to put attention to the reviews)

Our stay was pleasant overall. Recommendations are to the host to acknowledge the comments left in the reviews as it seems to be reoccurring concerns. The location of the studio (itā€™s a very big and comfortable studio) is in fact in Bimini Bay Resorts right next to Hiltonā€™s ā€œ360 beach,ā€ not in Alicetown. The handle on the patio sliding door is STILL broken (there has been a couple reviews stating this before)!!! The iron is still broken. The 2 portable grills to cook are BOTH broken (this is very important if you plan on making at least breakfast), the pans HAVE to be replaced (all scraped and worn out!!!). There were ONLY 2 bath towels, and at least should have had 4 (luckily friends staying in other units lent us some). ONLY 1 already started paper towel, 1 already started toilet roll (we left them extra). The map provided is alllll blurry (recommended this to host to update that), again we were lucky we had friends staying that found it for us. The bed was very comfortable, and place was very clean overall!!! The host is very responsive through texts. FYI: The HOA office closes at 4pm on Sat & Sun, so if there were issues with card key etc, need to let gateman know.

Need improvement

Some sockets dont work, the one that is by the mirror that needs to be working isn't working. I had to use the one in the kitchen and keep walking back to the mirror to check my hair. There is a lot of old things (junk) packed in closets and under the bed. Host need to find another storage area. Half roll of tissue was in the unit, without extra,minimal towels. Host didnā€™t give me any instructions on how to check in or how to get to the unit until I reached out a day before and even then host was like check in at HOA without giving clear instructions how to find it (a map was sent but wasn't useful). Thankfully the locals was able to assist. Back sliding door doesn't lock, we put a broom by the curtain so if anyone came in the broom would fall to alert us. Iron is broken. Place need some maintenance and more basic essentials. I'll visit Bimini again and I would definitely stay in Bimini Bay again but I'd avoid this particular unit in the condition it is now.

11 years of going to Bimini this is hands-down the absolute worst experience Iā€™ve ever ever had. We always Choose to stay in Bimini because of the HOA keeping our properties at a certain standard and we enjoy every single property weā€™ve ever stayed at except this one. Owner was contacted during our stay and she was screaming at me telling me she couldnā€™t help me from Miami. We were unable to be helped with getting keys remade, and the owner told us to leave a window open and jump in and out of a window. Yes, the owner told us to jump in and out of the window because she could not help. Shower is falling apart absolutely disgusting. The VRBO listing is an absolute lie. There is no ocean view. The balcony has no handle so it cannot be used. Our microwave exploded On the first time trying to use it. The pictures I have would make anyone cry to think they had to stay here. Hair dryer, clothes, iron, dryer and washer, burners, pots, pans, all broken and not able to use. The power outlet in the bathroom in front of the mirror Is also broken. I cannot emphasize this enough, do not book this Property. Even the security guards stated how this unit is always a problem for them. The HOA staff saw the pictures and were absolute horror of the state of this property.

Nonostante la bellissima posizione , in un complesso caratteristico , con un accesso ad una spiaggia stupenda, la casa necessita di manutenzione e di cura ( condizionatore che perde acqua e allaga la casa, oggetti sporchi ammucchiati nei cassetti, doccia vecchia in una vasca da bagno col tenda logora).

EstĆ” agradable el studio, tiene 2 toallas en el baƱo y 4 para las manos. No tiene para la playa. La puerta de la terraza estĆ” mala, pero fue bueno para nosotros ya que las llaves no abrĆ­an la puerta principal y pudimos entrar y salir por allĆ­. Tiene un piscina muy buena en el complejo y los guardias son muy amables. No usamos la cocina pero tiene lo bĆ”sico para cocinar. Tiene lavadora y secadora la lavadora estĆ” buena la secadora no seca bien. Tiene TV pero no tiene cable, asĆ­ que no podrĆ”s ver nada. La cama es cĆ³moda y el aire muy bueno. Nos pareciĆ³ que estuvo perfecto por los pocos dĆ­as que estuvimos. Y El precio estĆ” bueno. La atenciĆ³n rĆ”pida de la encargada nos ayudĆ³ mucho con un cambio de dĆ­a por tener que cambiar el vuelo por cancelaciĆ³n. Nos logrĆ³ acomodar al dĆ­a siguiente y resolviĆ³ nuestro problema.

Directions to the condo were non existent The condo was clean enough but lacked certain necessities The glasses were not clean, There was no toilet paper, no shampoo and the soap was poor quality and the towel rack was broken. The tv functioned but the cable did not so we could not watch TV at all. There was a lack of information regarding the use of the condo and there was no information provided about the island The sliding door did not lock- a too short piece of wood was not very reassuring for security. On the plus side the bed was very comfy and the a/c worked well.

Easy and breezy

When I arrived to the island, I did not have service. I showed up with my confirmation page printed out and was directed to a yellow building surrounded by shops. I was then given a key to open the unit. As I arrived, the cleaning service was heading out. My partner and I had a pleasant stay. The kitchen has a sink, microwave and mini refrigerator. I would stay here again. Great price and stay.
