The Space:
These modern and stylish apartments have a bright and functionally planned space to offer guests. The comfort of the stay here is taken care of by air conditioning. The units are located on the seventh floor of the building. Each has a furnished balcony with a table and two chairs. This allows visitors to enjoy their morning coffee outdoors or relax with snacks with a beautiful view of the city and the green, peaceful surroundings. The interior design is kept in subdued colors of beige and white, although there is no shortage of contrasting combinations with colors such as dark blue, black and deep gray. Carefully selected decorations build a cozy atmosphere in the suites and take care of the elegance of the arrangement. In each living room, guests have a double sofa bed, a table, a desk with a chair for remote work, a television and a dining table with chairs. The bedrooms feature a comfortable double bed and roomy closets. Meals can be prepared easily and quickly in the white and stylish kitchenette with functional equipment such as an oven, coffee machine, kettle or induction hob. In the bathroom, a welcome toiletries set with towels, washing machine, shower and hair dryer await visitors. This is an excellent place for both short and long-term stays.

This modern building is located in a friendly and quiet neighborhood near a park that can be reached in a 7-minute walk. It is the perfect place to relax for groups of friends, business travelers, parents traveling with children, and couples looking for an intimate atmosphere. The nearest grocery store is a 3-minute walk from the property, providing convenience for daily shopping. The shopping center, on the other hand, takes 8 minutes to reach. There is no shortage of public transportation stops nearby, so the place is well connected to the rest of the city. Fans of regular workouts and active outdoor recreation can visit the outdoor gym located about a quarter of an hour's walk away. On the other hand, in 10 minutes you can reach a restaurant on foot and have a nice leisure time with delicious dishes. The car route to the city square with its beautiful architecture and to the railway station, tennis court and bowling alley takes only 7-10 minutes, while the airport can be reached in about 36 minutes. It takes only 24 minutes to reach the water park. Motorized guests can use a parking space in the underground garage hall.
