Located in the semi-pedestrian historic district of Chaillevette, this charming 60 m² holiday home, renovated in 2017 from a former 1870 fisherman’s house, accommodates up to 5 guests. There are 2 separate bedrooms: one with a double bed on the ground floor, and another upstairs with 2 single beds plus 1 extra single bed. The private, fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, 2 ceramic hobs, electric oven, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Amenities feature private Wi-Fi, a TV, and a private barbecue.

Parking is shared nearby in the village square. Up to 2 pets are allowed under certain conditions. Parties are not permitted. Please note: there are small steps in the house due to renovations.



A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away, and beaches are just 15 minutes away. Local shops, bars, seafood restaurants, and tobacco shops are all within walking distance in this typical village with 2 oyster ports.



Cleaning service is available on prior request, as are bed linen and towels, for an extra charge. Baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge on request, subject to availability.
