The spacious kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: a cozy seating area, numerous appliances such as a coffee maker, microwave, oven, a ceramic cooktop, an egg cooker, a milk frother, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a full set of dishes and kitchen utensils. A DAB radio and Amazon Alexa provide entertainment. In the living room, a comfortable genuine leather sofa with a coffee table and wall-mounted TV invites you to relax. Board games are also available. The bright sunroom with seating is the perfect place to spend cozy hours. The master bedroom features a double bed at a comfortable height, adjustable slatted frames, a large closet, and nightstands with lamps. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, storage space, and adjustable slatted frames as well. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a vanity with a mirror cabinet, and toiletries. A separate restroom with a sink completes the bathroom area. A storage niche with cleaning supplies and a coat rack with shoe storage in the hallway round out the amenities. You’ll love our well-maintained rooms, lovingly designed just for you, in a quiet location. The Ozon indoor swimming pool is just 200 meters away, and the town center is a 3-minute walk away. Since our house is located near the woods, you can take wonderful walks and let nature enchant you. To unwind from the stresses of everyday life, you can relax in the nearby spa park. You can end your evenings comfortably in the garden house with its barbecue area. A 50% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash. Check-in is available from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Check-out is between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 1.00 EUR per person per day will be charged additionally on site.
