Private Room 'Suite Maraval' with Garden & Pool, 10 min from Périgueux

Welcome to Suite Maraval, a peaceful retreat in the heart of Périgord. This 45 m² private room in a host's home offers you the comfort of an independent stay just 10 minutes from Périgueux’s historic center and the A89 highway.



Enjoy private access to your room via a separate entrance at the back of the house. The spacious upstairs bedroom features a double bed (140 cm). For a third guest (from age 2), a single bed (90 cm) can be added on request, available for an extra fee. A baby bed (up to 2 years) is also available on request for an extra fee, without additional sleeping capacity. The cozy lounge area includes a corner sofa, TV, and breakfast table. Bed linen, bath and pool towels, soap, and shampoo are provided.



Breakfast is not served; you prepare it yourselves. At your disposal: coffee, tea, milk, juice, biscuits/toast, jam, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, hotplate, and mini fridge. No kitchen.



A mobile air conditioner with night mode ensures cool, quiet nights. Fiber Wi-Fi and TV included.



Outside, relax on your private terrace in the garden. You have free access to the pool, located just in front of the living areas. Please respect the tranquility of the property for everyone’s comfort.
