Surrounded by the wild beauty of the Ciucaș Mountains and some of Europe’s last untouched forests, this is a place where the world slows down, and peace settles in.
Vama Buzăului is a small Romanian village with a long history. In fact, people have been living here since the 13th century. Today, it’s known as one of Romania’s cleanest and most nature-friendly places. Because it’s now an official ecotourism area, everything is designed to protect nature while giving visitors a chance to enjoy local life.
Here, every morning begins with birdsong and mist rolling over the hills. Whether you’re looking for calm, comfort, or connection with nature, The Valley Resort offers all three.

Ideal for couples.

The Romantic Holiday Home (36 m²) is designed with comfort and intimacy in mind. The house comes with a private parking space.

Living and Dining Area

The bright living area features a plush couch, coffee table, and dining table. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishwasher, and sink.

Bedroom

The bedroom offers panoramic mountain views and includes a double bed, two nightstands, soft-glowing light fixtures, and a freestanding bathtub for intimate relaxation.

Bathroom

Accessible from the bedroom, the bathroom features an open-sky shower, a hairdryer, a chic basin, and a modern toilet.

Amenities

Bed linen is provided as standard. Each two-person house includes 1 set of bath towels and bathrobes per person.

Terrace

The 25 m² panoramic terrace is fully furnished and includes a pergola and a private hot tub.


If you require a highchair or baby bed, please reserve it in advance.

Please note: The Valley Resort is currently in its development phase. While every effort is made to minimize disturbance, some construction-related noise may occur from Monday to Friday. In most cases, guests will not be affected.

♦   Prejmer & Hărman Fortified Churches (30–40 km): Step into a time when villages built thick stone walls for safety. These churches are calm, strong, and full of stories.
♦   Bran Castle (75 km): Sitting on a rocky hill, this legendary castle stirs the imagination with its link to Dracula and its long, royal past.
♦   Râșnov Fortress (65 km): A mighty fortress overlooking the land, once a shelter, now a viewpoint into centuries gone by.

1. General Provisions
   ◆   The Valley Resort is an exclusive, nature-focused retreat designed to offer guests tranquility and relaxation.
   ◆   By making a reservation and checking in, guests accept and agree to comply with these internal regulations.
   ◆   The purpose of these regulations is to ensure that all guests can fully enjoy the resort’s environment and services.
 2. Check-in and Check-out
  ◆   Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
  ◆   Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
  ◆   Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
 3. Quiet Hours & Noise Policy
  ◆   The Valley Resort is a peaceful retreat; therefore, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  ◆   To preserve the tranquil atmosphere, the use of speakers, amplifiers, and any sound-enhancing devices is strictly prohibited throughout the resort.
  ◆   Guests are kindly requested to use personal audio devices with headphones when listening to music or playing audiovisual content.
 4. Private Accommodation & Facilities
  ◆     All accommodation at The Valley Resort is exclusively for registered guests.
  ◆     These facilities are not shared with other guests and must be used responsibly.
  ◆     The use of jacuzzi, pools, and saunas is at the guest’s own risk.
 5. Visitors & External Guests
  ◆   The resort is exclusively for registered guests; outside visitors are not permitted without prior approval.
  ◆   Non-registered visitors are not allowed on the premises between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
 6. Catering service with door-to-door delivery:
 ◆   Fresh, seasonal meals brought straight to your holiday home - so you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in complete comfort.
 ◆   Due to The Valley Resort’s close-to-nature setting, we kindly ask guests not to leave any food leftovers on the terrace or outdoor furniture, as this may attract wildlife and disturb the natural surroundings.
 7. Food & Beverage Policy
 ◆   Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the shared areas of the resort
8. Smoking & Fire Safety
 ◆   Smoking is prohibited indoors. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
 ◆   Please use the ashtrays provided in designated smoking areas.
 ◆   Open flames (candles, bonfires, grills) are only permitted in designated areas and must be handled with caution.
 9. Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed within the resort premises for hygiene, safety, and the comfort of all guests.
 10. Outdoor Playground & Children’s Safety
  ◆   The resort offers a dedicated outdoor playground for children.
  ◆   Parents are fully responsible for supervising their children at all times.
  ◆   The Valley Resort does not assume liability for any accidents or injuries that may occur in the playground area.
  ◆   Guests are requested to ensure their children use the playground safely and respect other guests.
 11. Outdoor Activities & Guest Safety
The Valley Resort provides access to various outdoor activities, including biking, hiking, and nature walks. While these activities offer an immersive experience in nature, guests are responsible for their own safety.
Guests engaging in outdoor activities must:
  ◆   Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for hiking or biking.
  ◆   Carry a charged mobile phone and a flashlight if venturing out in the evening or early morning.
  ◆   Stay on designated trails and paths to avoid getting lost or encountering unsafe terrain.
  ◆   Be aware of local wildlife and avoid areas that may be home to bears or other wild animals.
  ◆   Inform someone (a fellow guest or resort staff) before setting off on longer hikes.
  ◆   Use bikes responsibly, follow designated biking routes, and wear safety gear (helmets are recommended).
  ◆   The resort does not assume responsibility for injuries or accidents occurring during outdoor activities. Participation is at the guest’s own risk.
 12. Natural Lake – Important Notice
  ◆   The Valley Resort features a large lake that serves as a scenic element within the property.
  ◆   Swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited.
  ◆   The lake’s future use and accessibility may be subject to change, and guests will be informed accordingly.
 13. Natural Surroundings & Wildlife Precautions
The Valley Resort is located in a natural environment where wildlife, including bears and other local animals, may be present. For the safety of all guests, please follow these guidelines:
  ◆   Do not leave food, waste, or scented items on terraces or outdoor seating areas.
  ◆   Dispose of garbage only in designated collection points, ensuring bins are securely closed.
  ◆   Do not approach or feed wild animals under any circumstances.
  ◆   Exercise extra caution at night and early morning, always carrying a flashlight when moving outdoors.
  ◆   If you spot wildlife on the resort premises, immediately notify the staff and move to a safe location.
 14. Environmental Responsibility
  ◆   Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the resort’s surroundings.
  ◆   Littering or disturbing the local flora and fauna is strictly prohibited.
 15. Liability & Safety
  ◆   The resort is not responsible for any accidents, personal injuries, or lost belongings on the premises.
  ◆   Guests are encouraged to store valuables in secure locations.
  ◆   Guests must be aware of potential natural hazards (wildlife, weather conditions) and follow the instructions provided by the resort staff.
  16. Emergencies & Contact Information
  ◆   In case of an emergency, guests must immediately notify the reception.
  ◆   Emergency contact numbers and relevant information are available in the resort’s guide materials.
 17. Compliance & Consequences
  ◆   Violation of these regulations may result in a formal warning or, in severe cases, termination of the guest’s stay without a refund.
  ◆   Guests who fail to comply with the regulations and disturb others may be asked to leave the premises.
