Our base rate for 4 bedrooms is $13,000 plus hotel tax and damage deposit. Each additional bedroom after that is an additional $2,750. There are 4 additional bedrooms that can be rented to make the villa an 8 bedroom villa for larger groups.

The Villa offers 8 spacious bedrooms that have adjoining bathrooms. A Gourmet Kitchen that is perfect for any chef or catering crew. An office where you can conduct business or make a personal call, all while looking out at the beautiful blue waters of Magen’s Bay. The main living area, which include a Chef's Kitchen, Dining and Living Room are open and spacious, making it the perfect place to gather with friends and family after a long day at the beach. With the large doors leading out to the porch, you can have the luxuries of both indoor and outdoor living all in one space.

From every outdoor area of the house you have picturesque views of the clear blue waters and mountain across the bay. The mountain and Bay make for some of the most radiant sunset photos…so don’t forget your camera.

The sturdy concrete steps down to the beach, makes the walk to the beach safe and easily accessible for everyone. On your way down to the beach you can sit and enjoy coffee in the morning or a book in the afternoon listening to the waters brush up onto the sand from our lookout point. The lookout point also makes the perfect place for memorable moments such as engagements, “I do’s” or romantic dinners watching the sunset.

While enjoying the luxury of having a beach, you can snorkel for fish, turtles and other marine life; go kayaking, rent jet skis or simply relax in the warm Caribbean sun.
