Very spacious and bright, this apartment—renovated in 2021—offers plenty of room to relax and for children to play.

From the entryway closet in the hallway, you enter the first bedroom with an extra-wide box-spring bed, as well as the spacious dining area with a modern, open kitchen. From there, two steps lead down to a cozy living area that extends all the way to the balcony. The second bedroom features a sturdy loft bed and also provides access to the spacious west-facing balcony, which is perfect for sunbathing. The apartment is equipped with state-of-the-art media technology, including Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a Blu-ray player, and a DAB+ radio with Bluetooth.

A double parking space is provided for your car. However, your car’s dimensions must not exceed 1.50 m in height, 1.90 m in width, 5.00 m in length, and 2,000 kg in weight.
