From the comfort of your bed, you can watch TV, pop in a DVD, or listen to music. Shutters
can darken the windows if needed. Bookworms are sure to find something to their liking on the large bookshelf.
Those particularly interested in art and culture will find informative materials about the region. CDs and DVDs
provide great entertainment.

A cozy kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a meal.
High-quality china makes the food taste even better. The terrace faces west and is quiet and somewhat
shaded by large, old trees. It doesn’t get too hot here in the summer,
but in the evenings you can sit comfortably and sheltered on the terrace when you come home after a long
day at the beach.PGJyPgPGJyPgThe bathroom was completely renovated in 2020 with a walk-in shower and a large
folding mirror. You don’t need to bring a hair dryer or iron. Bright and
cozy, the entire apartment is very invitingly furnished.

Villa Sanssouci is located on Strandstraße, just about 300 m from the beach and the pier. It consists of the historic villa in the spa-style architecture and the newer building located behind it.

On the popular Strandstraße, you’ll find many restaurants and cafés. Small shops invite you to browse. Just a few steps from your accommodation, there are several bakeries offering fresh rolls daily for your breakfast at home or in a café.

The city forest begins right behind the villa and is perfect for lovely walks toward Kühlungsborn West.

The central location on Strandstraße also offers a selection of bike rental shops in the immediate vicinity.
