Regatta 104B is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath direct Gulf Front condo situated in the heart of Gulf Shores. Enjoy spectacular 2nd floor views of the crystal blue waters and the white, sandy beaches of the Alabama Gulf Coast from the oversized balcony. Recent remodels include all new kitchen/guest bath cabinets, new granite in the kitchen, new kitchen appliances, and all new living room furniture. Regatta is centrally located in the heart of the Gulf Shores. One block away from the Hangout, and walking distance to many restaurants and shops, makes this an ideal location for a Gulf Coast getaway stay!

Had a nice stay. Check in was easy, the kitchen had everything that we needed. The condo was beachfront so we enjoyed the gulf and the pool. We also liked that there were many restraunts walking distance.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property. The beach access and chair rental were perfect since you could rent multiple days in advance. We never felt the need to rush down to the beach to save our chairs which is a big plus. The rental unit was even better than we had imagined and quite comfortable. My only complaint was the main sliding glass door needs replaced as it was extremely difficult to open without using two hands. Once we realized that bedroom access to the balcony was easier, we used it instead. Such a problem to have when at the beach for a week . We would definitely stay at this unit again.

Annual Beach Trip

This was our second trip to Gulf Shores and second time starting at the Regatta. Beautiful facility with a nice outdoor pool to use if you don’t want to go to the beach. We enjoyed walking to the pier and the nature park close by. Renting the beach chairs and umbrella was easy and convenient.The condo was clean and provided the basic necessities (as described). Would certainly stay again!

Great location

Nice condo with great beach view and access. Nice common pool area as well. Condo was as advertised and everything went well. Great location for shops/restaurants too! Would rent again if vacationing in the area.

Second time at this condo…

Having enjoyed a stay here with girlfriends 3 years ago, this year I took my daughter her SO and two of her daughters. Other than rather sparse kitchen equipment there was absolutely nothing to complain. The girls enjoyed the pool and the ocean both as well as the adults! It was a great week!

Amazing beach view

Easy access to a fairly empty beach. Inside could use an update but the price makes up for it. Walking distance to popular restaurants. Great trip overall. Master bedroom mattress has to be replaced. Worst nights sleep ever in that bed.

Love Regatta

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the location of our condo and the fact that it faced the ocean. It was also clean, comfortable and quiet. We hope to return soon.

Regatta 104B

This was our first time in Gulf Shores and our first time booking with VRBO. You hear so many horror stories when you book on your own and not through the company/resort. We were nervous but everything went smoothly. We were very pleased with the resort and loved the location. We were able to walk to pretty much everything. The condo had everything we needed for 6 adults plus a huge balcony and great view of ocean and beach. We would recommend it to family and friends.

Great location

Loved how close to the beach this place was! We had 2 family members that can't walk very far and they were still able to enjoy the beach! Condo was very clean.

Excellent Week

While the unit is a little dated and there were some minor maintenance issues noticed, it wasn't anything that hindered our visit. The location is fantastic and we truly had a wonderful stay.

The overall property location is awesome! The beach was perfect & the kids loved it. The condo was great, it could use a little updating or remodeling. Overall I would recommend it for your next getaway.

Great location!

Our family stayed here for Spring Break. It was our first time in Gulf Shores and the location of this condo was perfect!! We could walk to the pier as well as many local restaurants. It’s super close to the Hangout and the Pink Pony which was great! The check-in process was super easy. When we arrived we noticed the thermostat was not working. We called the contact number we were given and they had someone out right away to replace it. You cannot beat this location…just steps from the beach!!! The view from the balcony can’t be beat and we even saw dolphins one morning! Book this property, you will not be disappointed!

We had a great stay the week of thanksgiving. The condo is in the perfect location making it easy to walk to a number of places. Clean, comfy beds, stunning view from the deck!

Good Stay Overall

The condo location and view were awesome. For the most part, the condo had everything that we needed for our stay, however it is quite outdated. The cleanliness of the condo was very disappointing. The floors were very dirty upon our arrival. The master bathroom is also in need of attention. We were very worried that the whole faucet and handle were going to break off because they were very loose. Even though a these few things were frustrating, I would still book this property again.

Amazing location.

The condo was right on the beach & had an amazing view. Cute condo but could use some upgrades. We enjoyed our stay & will be visiting again in the future!
