This is a 30-day minimum rental apartment (if you rent it for 30 days or longer you'll avoid occupancy taxes). Excellent for long vacation, graduate and PhD students, professionals, executive rentals, and small families moving to Boulder and in need of a temporary place to live. Please read the entire description, including cleaning and price schedules.
Top-floor one-bedroom condo (3rd floor). 1 Queen bed with a great firm mattress. Walk in Closet, Coat Closet, and additional shelving/closets, too. Sleeper Sofa. Air conditioning in living room and ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Nicely-equipped kitchen (including microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, and dishwasher) will make you feel at home. Full Bath. Swimming pool. Coin-operated Washers and Dryers available in the laundry room located in the complex (not inside the apartment). Grounds, pool (close in the Winter) and unit are all well-maintained.
Cozy bedroom. Pleasant bathroom. Living room has large corner windows for good light and great ventilation. Kitchen appliances at your disposal. Enjoy complementary coffee and tea at arrival.
Off-street, free, close-in parking. Stairs are shorter than would be expected since the first floor units are below grade, just 1 1/2 flights).
A cleaning fee of $120 will be required to be paid at check in.
Price schedule:
Prices vary according to seasons and local market. Please insert your dates to see your price. Internet, heat, water, and electricity ALL-INCLUSIVE
Discounts may be available for rentals over 6 months.

This sweet condo is an upstairs unit, so if mobility is a problem, please consider that there are stairs to access.
A simple contract must be signed to comply with the City of Boulder law.

Southeast Boulder City location right next to junction of Foothills Parkway and Baseline Road. 2-3 blocks from Safeway, pharmacy, liquor store, restaurants, bank/atm, Joy in Motion Studio, and so much more. 4-5 minute drive to CU and 07-08 to Downtown Boulder. 2 Blocks to major Boulder bus route (to CU, downtown, and central connections). Close to CU and East Boulder Recreation Center.
APT. RULES:
1. Sorry, our unit is a pet-free unit. No tobacco products either, please, inside and within 20' from any building in the complex including the pool area. If trace of pets or tobacco are found after checkout, the security deposit will be held to cover professional cleaning (portion or in full).
2. The unit is carpeted, and we respectfully request you keep your shoes by the front door.
3. This is a condo unit, please be respectful of the neighbors by reducing noise to close to zero between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am (this includes pulling luggage down the stairs). Also by following the association rules on signs such as "no glass in the pool area". Thank you.
4. If you plan on using the pool and pool area, please be aware that the association restricts usage to residents and their guests up to four at a time. Therefore, we ask our guests not to bring any other person other than those renting the apt.
5. We ask you to park your vehicle on the South side of the parking lot.
6. If using the A/C please turn if OFF before leaving the apt for your day activities.
7. If using the dishwasher please use it sustainably. It means to run only when it’s full.
