The property offers two charming apartments: Morgensonne and Gipfelgold. Together, they accommodate up to 7 guests plus one small child and combine comfort with the cosy charm of the Allgäu. One apartment features a terrace with mountain views, while the other offers a balcony overlooking the surrounding landscape. Both units include well-equipped kitchens and lovingly furnished living areas.

The Space:

The Gipfelgold apartment on the upper floor features a spacious east-facing balcony with a beautiful panoramic view stretching all the way to the Zugspitze – perfect for relaxed mornings. It includes a separate bedroom, a sofa bed with a real mattress and a bathroom with a bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen also comes with a dishwasher.



The Morgensonne apartment is located on the garden level and benefits from its hillside position, offering a lovely mountain view as well. A cosy outdoor seating area invites you to unwind. This apartment also offers a separate bedroom, a sofa bed for additional guests and a well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area.



For larger families or groups, both apartments can be booked together. Combined, they offer 85 m² of living space with two bedrooms, two living/sleeping areas, two kitchens and two bathrooms – providing plenty of room to spend time together while still enjoying personal space.



A special highlight is the natural, bird-friendly garden of Haus Hindelang. It has been awarded the official garden plaque and provides an important habitat for a variety of bird species.



Guest Access:

A key safe is available for your check-in, allowing you to arrive whenever it suits you. Free parking is provided directly at the accommodation.

You will receive additional information about your arrival and check-in one day before your stay.



The Neighborhood:

The centre of Nesselwang, with its cafés, restaurants and shops, is just a five-minute walk away. The Alpspitz cable car and the Alpspitz Bade Center are also close by.

In Nesselwang, the following visitor’s tax applies and must be paid either in advance or upon arrival:

- Adults aged 16 and over: €2.10 per night

- Children aged 6 to 15: €1.00 per night

- Children under 6: exempt from visitor’s tax



The washing machine is located in the basement and can be used after a brief arrangement with the owner.
