Welcome to Keauhou Lani, an exquisite private residence located in the desirable gated community of Keauhou Estates.

Step into the grand entry of Keauhou Lani's 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, 4,750 sq. ft. home plus, 1,700 sq. ft. covered lanai complete with views of Keauhou Bay and Kona. The Country Club's ā€œMountain" golf course is situated just below our pool, but not to worry, the course has been closed for years and expect lots of privacy and peace & quiet. The house is positioned at an ideal 400 ft. elevation for sunshine and comfortable trade winds.

Amenities include the splendid pool & spa, custom furnishings, beautifully crafted wooden ceiling enclaves and a lower level private primary bedroom, where you may be tempted to hideaway and soak in the tub at the end of your day. The gourmet indoor kitchen is a Chef's dream with granite countertops, cherry cabinets and all the tools you need to make a simple meal or an epicurean delight. LUVA Concierge can secure a private Chef for you and your guests.

The lanai features ample covered dining space for eight people and outdoor seating areas for cocktails and conversation for up to 12.

The amazing primary suite features a king size bed, walk-in closet, and soaking tub. Located on the lower level floor, the primary suite is completely private from the rest of the home with it's own lanai. The second, third and fourth bedrooms are located on the third floor. Bedroom #2 features a king size bed and has its own private bathroom while bedrooms #3 and #4 each contains a queen size bed and share a bathroom. From the top floor, there is a separate entrance with access to the pool and lanai areas, as well as the driveway, making for convenient luggage transfer.

This place was perfect for the activities we were doing. The hot tub was out for a couple of days and the property manager was great to work with. It was fixed by Monday and that was the only hiccup. This place was probably the best VRBO I have stayed at. They had ample supplies for us so we weren't out there having to buy the dishwashing soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, paper towels and etc. They had it all. I hope to get this property again to stay. Neighborhood was safe and the gated community and those that live in it are all wonderful. Easy to grocery store and beach and we did a lot of walking down and back. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time staying at this property. The house is cleaned, well maintained and the views are to die for. My family and I enjoyed the pool and lanai area daily and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This property did not disappoint! There was lots of room for my family of eight. There were large spaces for the family to gather together and there were lots of places for people to go and be on their own or in small groups. The house is centrally located and in a beautiful neighborhood. The pool was beautiful and enjoyable. Sunsets were unbelievable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The veranda was so beautiful and comfortable. It was where we spent most of our time from coffee in the morning, afternoon swim in the pool, evening meals and of course the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets over the ocean. 10 out of 10

Wonderful Ocean View Home!

The home was very nice and the communication was excellent. This place has beautiful ocean views, and listening to all the birds in the beautiful landscaped yard was wonderful! great. There are a lot of stairs to the front door and inside the home, if you have anyone that would struggle with stairs it might be a bit much for them. We really enjoyed the tv room for watching sport (March Madness!). The property is very secure and in a gated community which was great. We appreciated all the extra in the home and pool items outside

What a wou place to stay

Thank you to the owner of this property for sharing such a beautiful home. The view from the lania and pool area is just so amazing, I could just stay there all day and soak it up. The management company met us there on arrival and walk us through the home which was appreciated. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

This property exceeded all of our expectations. From the breathtaking ocean views to the stunning, roomy and well equipped home, this rental was everything our family of 7 had hoped for. The lanai and pool made just hanging out ā€œat homeā€ a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We loved our time here and wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend.

The best of Hawaii

The house Is beautiful, spacious, and nicely appointed with a gorgeous view of the ocean from the generous lanai. We had everything we needed for a wonderful Hawaiian holiday including plenty of snorkeling gear. The property is perfectly located, close to grocery stores and restaurants. I would definitely rent again.

This is by far the most amazing property we have stayed at anywhere around the world, and we work for the airline industry and stay in many places around the world. The house, lanai and pool were wonderful. The choice was do we go and do something (Beach, volcano,snorkel, sightsee) or do we just stay and enjoy the lanai, pool and the most marvelous ocean view on the Kona coast? The choice was frequently the house. WE WILL BE BACK!
