This 2 bedroom apartment has one queen and one full size bed along with a pullout couch if needed. Hardwood floors throughout and 2 fireplaces. Enjoy the front porch as you watch the sunset and all the people going for a drive along the river.

The Space

Enjoy this charming 2 bedroom 1 bath getaway located along the Niagara River. You have your own private entrance with all the amenities for your home away from home. Several restaurants, agrocery store, and Rite Aid are located in the village. Take a 15 minute drive to Niagara Falls or walk to the historic Ft. Niagara. A beautiful bike path is also located just outside your door where you can ride along the river to Lewiston 5 miles away. Lewiston is the home of Artpark where every Tuesday and Wednesday big name performers play. Also don't miss the Jazz fest in the end of August.If your into fishing the area is home to some of the best freshwater fishing in the world. 3 boat launches are also nearby and we have plenty of parking and room for your boat and trailer. If your not the fishing type don't worry the Niagara Wine trail is a short drive to the country where you can experience many different local wines. After a busy day you may want to relax near the fire or sit on the front porch and open up one of the bottles of wine while enjoying the beautiful sunset.

Beautiful area across the street from the River leading to the mouth of Lake Ontario. Safe and relaxing!
Getting around

Drive 11 miles to Niagara Falls straight down the Robert Moses Parkway. Never hit any traffic lights until you are at the Falls.
Other Things to Note

Fort Niagara is one mile away. Beautiful bike path along the river. 3 boat docks nearby.

Just what we needed

Returned to my hometown for a family event. The VRBO rental was perfect for our needs. Clean, comfortable and a great location. Itā€™s a 5 minute walk into town or 10 minutes to the entrance to Fort Niagara State Park. If youā€™re looking for a low key breakfast, lunch or dinner, stop by the diner in town. You can beat the price and value. Hit up the local watering hole, The Jug- lots of friendly locals and cold drinks. Take a walk down to the town docks to watch a beautiful sunset. Youngstown is a magical slice of small town Americana. Tony and family are great hosts.

Great location. The owner Tony and his wife were very helpful. We had a boat and Tony gave us a place to recharge the batteries. Easy walk into town and to Fort Niagara. Plenty of good restaurants around.

Great neighborhood, scenic and calm

Anthony and his wife were great hosts. The property is located in a scenic neighborhood. It was a comfortable stay for my family and me, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Niagara Falls.

Pleasant stay at a nice property with awesome hosts

Anthony helped us through the check in. He went beyond welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Both Anthony and his wife made sure we had a good time at their home. Fort Niagara state park is just a mile away from here and we enjoyed one of the best sunsets at this park. This is a must see place; thanks Anthony for letting us know about this. We will recommend this property to anyone who travels to Niagara Falls and need a nice comfy home to stay.

Tony, der Besitzer hat uns sehr nett begrĆ¼ĆŸt und uns alles erklƤrt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat viel Charme. Es ist voll ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groƟ. Wir waren zu viert und hatten genug Platz. Das Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus parken. Sobald wir zu Hause waren, haben wir es uns auf der Veranda gemĆ¼tlich gemacht und die schƶne Aussicht genossen. Youngstown ist ein wunderschƶner kleiner Ort mit tollen GeschƤften und Restaurants. So stellt man sich Amerika vor. Die Tochter des Hauses hat fĆ¼r uns sogar einen Kuchen gebacken. Wir wĆ¼rden jederzeit wiederkommen Danke an Tony und seine Familie Liebe GrĆ¼ĆŸe aus Deutschland

The beds were comfortable, linens and towels were provided. This place has a small bathroom, so sharing with 5 adults was challenging, overall was doable. Kitchen has dishes for simple meals. Overall I liked the modern furniture in a historic house, and Quaint town with lots to do nearby.

Excelent location to visit Niagara Falls

The house is located in a quite area, 20 minutes from the Falls. Fort Niagara Park is less than 5 minutes by car, with a great view of the Ontario Lake . The house is charming, with ample space in rooms and living areas. Tony the owner lives in the main house besides and we had his assistance during our stay

Very beautiful and chill place to stay

I stayed here for a weekend with my friends and I must say it was indeed a much better option than staying in a hotel. The hosts were extremely generous, and made sure we don't have any trouble during our stay. I will definitely recommend this place if you want to have a nice get away from the city.

Amazing house

More than a house you can call it a home . Tony and his family are amazing nice people . Always helpful with everything . The property was very clean , nicely located , across the street you can walk to the Niagara River , three blocks away from a public ramp for boats . Town is a small preppy town with a couple of shops . But st 8 pm is dead , even on busy weekends . I highly recommend renting it any time .

This is a perfect & safe place for a family vacation. Easy to visit Niagara falls as it is just a single road with no much traffic to reach the state park.

My daughter and I were out for a bike ride along the beautiful Niagara River which we like to do several times a year. This particular bike ride we spotted this magnificent house with a for sale by owner sign and my daughter urged me to call. The area is one of the most beautiful around western New York. Everything feel into place and the rest is history.

We fell in love with this house from the moment we saw it. It has so much character from the windows awesome front porch to the park like yard with small stream going through. I truly haven't seen another like it.
