The Space:

The holiday flat has been furnished to a high standard with great attention to detail and can accommodate up to 4 people:

• Approx. 58 sq m of optimally utilised living space

• Historic features and natural stone blend with a modern interior

• Oak parquet flooring over underfloor heating throughout the flat

• Private wellness area with a whirlpool bath, private sauna and walk-in shower in the spacious bathroom

• Cosy living area with a wood-burning stove, 40-inch smart TV and a high-quality sofa bed (140x200 cm)

• Separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm), plenty of storage space and electric skylights with blackout blinds

• Built-in oak furniture with an integrated workspace in the bedroom

• Use of the terrace and barbecue

• Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with a view of the kitchen area, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination microwave and several coffee and espresso machines

• Handcrafted: a rotating, bespoke dining table for four people made from solid oak

• Oak floorboards over underfloor heating throughout the flat

• Wi-Fi included

Hinweis: Der in der Beschreibung erwähnte „Pool“ ist ein Naturteich mit Schilfbereich. Die Wasserqualität kann insbesondere im Hochsommer schwanken und ist dann unter Umständen nicht zum Baden geeignet.



Guest Access:

Check-in is straightforward: simply fill in an online form and upload a copy of your ID. You can then arrive at your convenience, with complete flexibility and independence. Access is contactless via a secure key safe.

The Neighborhood:

As our guests, you are welcome to explore the extensive grounds of Hexenburg. Enjoy the idyllic surroundings with their ponds and green spaces:

• Natural pond: In summer, our large natural pond is the perfect place to cool off (not a traditional swimming pool).

• On-site horse riding: Take the opportunity to enjoy qualified riding lessons or guided rides at our riding centre.

• Relaxation right on your doorstep: The surrounding countryside is perfect for long walks.

There are numerous day-trip destinations within easy reach, offering a varied mix of nature and culture:

NOTE REGARDING THE PROPERTY:

Our historic four-sided farmstead is being lovingly restored, step by step.

Some outdoor areas are still under construction – though this will not affect your stay.

The prices already reflect this stage of development.



Interaction with Guests:

Our team is available to assist you by phone or online every day from 8 am to 8 pm. In addition, there is almost always a member of staff on site during the day. You can arrange riding lessons easily and directly with our riding instructor.
