The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house.
It features a living room with a dining area and an adjacent, open, fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and microwave.
There is also a spacious separate freezer compartment.
In addition, there is a separate bedroom with a double bed (180x200) and a TV.
There is also a large bathroom with a tub, heated floors, and a washing machine.
The balcony, which gets sun starting at noon, is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom.
Of course, you also have your own parking space.

House-trained dogs are welcome here, but they are not allowed in bed or on the sofa.
Dogs must be registered with the landlord.
