The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances including a small oven, a 2-burner electric stove, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, and a coffee maker. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is accessible from the kitchen. The upper floor, reached by a wooden staircase, houses two bedrooms: the first contains two single beds (which can be combined into a double) and a folding bed, while the second has two single beds and a desk. The second bedroom provides access to a glassed balcony with sea views. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided, and Wi-Fi is unavailable. A rowing boat is included for guests, allowing for a serene experience on the water.
