Amazing 9 X 14 home theatre that takes this incredible cabin to an all new level--- Smart TV with 70 inch screen, Onkyo Receiver, Bose acoustimast 10 surround sound system, Roku Streaming, Blue ray/DVD, and 2 relaxing reclining home theatre chairs on isolation platform with 'buttkicker' tactile sound transducer system. The theatre in my other cabin was so popular that we added a theatre to this one! Check out my Pics!

The cabin was exceptionally clean and rustic but modern. We honestly could have not gone anywhere and been content. The theater room was great, especially with the theater quality sound. The view is amazing. We will be repeat customers. Perfect for a romantic getaway or small family vacation.

Deanna was an absolutely wonderful host. We had to reschedule our stay from the week before, and she accommodated the change with no issues at all. She went above and beyond to help us navigate the snow and even allowed us to arrive the night before the worst part of the winter storm, which made all the difference. Her communication was excellent throughout our stay, especially as she guided us on the safest roads during the storm.The cabin itself was incredible ā€” every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. It was just my husband and me, and the setting was extremely romantic. The bedroom fireplace added so much warmth and coziness, making it the perfect winter retreat. Even though we were snowed in for part of the trip, we had plenty to enjoy, including a well-equipped kitchen, board games, a theater room for movie nights, and a relaxing hot tub.Despite the snowstorm, it turned out to be an amazing and memorable getaway. We are so grateful for Deannaā€™s care and hospitality and will absolutely rent from her again.

Iā€™ve stayed in many cabins in the Smoky Mountains over the years. This was my first time staying here and it exceeded my expectations in every way! Deanna truly cares about every detail for her guests. The hot tub was immaculate. The view, spectacular. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare any kind of meal.The theater room is an added bonus, with lots of board games, books, and DVDs for rainy days. We went on four different hiking trails and they were all within an hour of this location. We didnā€™t want to leave! Thank you for a great experience.

Great host who is so kind & helpfulā€¦ Great cabin with a great view! Cabin is very well stocked (!), so very cute and comfortable. We absolutely loved it & wish weā€™d made more ā€œcabin timeā€ & not stayed so busy. We were thankful we had good weatherā€¦ otherwise might have some anxiety getting to the cabin (itā€™s up there! Lol)ā€¦ But the view is worth it! Beautiful! Other than all the positives (which is about all there is to say)ā€¦ might be worth mentioning something to the cleaning crewā€¦ Overall, the cabin was clean ā€œenoughā€ (all the important things were nice & clean! ). But I just think the cleaning service may have gotten in a rush with the busyness of the season, with some obvious missed spots. But again, nothing of importance. Overallā€¦ Would highly recommend & stay again!

The views were spectacular! Very nice deck furniture. Deanna is an excellant host and provides accurate information in a timely manner. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked...somewhat overstocked with some appliances. More attention to the cleanliness of the bathrooms would be appreciated. Storage for guests is limited.

I cannot even put into words how wonderful this cabin, the view & our hostess were. Everything you would want in a home away from home Deanna has provided! And the icing on the cake was getting to meet her in person after renting her cabins for 4 years!!! Iā€™m hoping that we will be able to return again! Donā€™t even hesitate to rent one of her cabins!!

I grew up in Kentucky in a large family long before computers and video games; it was a time when games like ā€œkick the canā€ and playing in the old creek behind our house represented the sum total of my worldly ambitions. Every year we would go on a family vacation. We would all jump in the station wagon and fight over who had to sit on the ā€œhumpā€ while dad drove to the campground. We spent a week camping in some amazing national park ā€“ building fires, roasting marshmallows and singing campfire songs. It was fantastic time to be a kid and I would not trade those memories for anything.
Growing up during those times I learned that no one owes you anything in life and that hard work and honesty will get you far. My word and handshake was my bond.

It is with that attitude that I rent this cabin. I understand that you work hard for your money and I respect that. I will strive to give you the best possible value, vacation experience and enjoyment during your stay.

Sherwood Forest is perfectly located just 1 1/2 miles from the Parkway to give you the isolation and quiet you want while being close to all the action. There are tons of activates within a few miles of the resort - Dollywood, restaurants, outlet mall shopping, zip-lining, go-carts, putt-putt golf, etc. It also sits right on the edge of the park allowing easy access. Gatlinburg is also a quick 5 miles away so you can go there for a day trip.
Smoky Mountain national park is a short 5 mile drive.
The Smoky Mountains are an amazing place - hiking trails, drive-to overlooks, biking, and animals galore. In recognition of the park's unique natural resources, the United Nations has designated Great Smoky Mountains National Park as an International Biosphere Reserve.
I am sure you will fall in love with its beauty the same way I did.
