The gîte features a bright living area with a relaxation corner (three-seater sofa installed July 2026) and a fully equipped kitchen, a practical utility room, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190) and dressing room from July 2026, a bathroom with WC, and a private enclosed courtyard to enjoy sunny days. Parking is available on the street, and you have independent access via the path in front of the owners’ house.



Nearby, La Rochelle is just a 40-minute drive away—ideal for a day trip to explore its history, old port, and gastronomy. The region offers plenty of activities: walking or cycling, visiting picturesque Charentais villages, discovering Atlantic coast beaches, and tasting local products at regional markets.
