This single level townhouse features all the amenities of home and is just minutes away from everything! Two bedrooms with queen beds, each with its own TV. Each bedroom is also appointed with 2 full baths including a garden tub in the master bath. The kitchen is equipped with a full line of appliances (Coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, convection oven, stove top, refrigerator, and more). The dining area includes a dinner table that can seat up to 6 with a bar that seats 3. The fenced-in backyard is a perfect place to relax in the afternoons with outdoor seating for 4, as well as a hammock and corn hole boards available upon request. This home is in a friendly development that sits only 1.2 miles from Augusta National Golf Course.

Great Property with Great Hosts!

We had a wonderful stay @ the York property for Masters week!!The house was super clean, offered all the amenities we could ask for and Josh was quick to respond with any questions we had (although, he had everything set up perfectly, we didnt have many!). Also, the neighborhood is really cute, clean and easy to get to!!What a great week it was!!

We had a blast during our stay. The apartment is very clean and cozy and has all the amenities you would expect. We will absolutely come back if we have the opportunity!

We absolutely loved our 2 bed, 2 bath townhouse for our week in Augusta. It was perfect for our party of two couples. All the amenities were present, beds were comfy and proximity to Augusta National was so convenient.

10 Stars! Absolutely Wonderful!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful property for the Masters! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The house was even more stunning in person than in the photos – spacious, immaculate, and cozy. From the little details provided by the host it truly made for an amazing stay!The location was perfect – peaceful yet close to Augusta National and right down the road from the main drag full of restaurants and convenient and grocery stores. We spent our days exploring Augusta and the surrounding area and came back to a cozy, quiet retreat each evening. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a lovely patio to unwind after a long day. Lots of cards were played out on the patio and swinging in the hammock. Josh was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing clear instructions and communication throughout the stay. Every detail was taken care of, and it was clear they wanted us to have the best possible experience!We will definitely be returning next year and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect Masters getaway!

Our Ideal Masters 2024 Stay

We found out we were going to the Masters for the first time and immediately went on VRBO to find accommodations. We found this gem so close to the gates of Augusta National! This cute townhouse has two comfortable rooms, two full bathrooms, and a full kitchen and dining area. Bring your own food and drinks, though some coffee K-cups and treats were provided. There is a cute backyard with Georgia pines towering above. It only took us about 15 minutes to go from the driveway of the property to our parking spot at Augusta National. There are plenty of restaurants and a Kroger grocery store a short distance away. Our host, Josh, was very responsive to our texts. We didn’t have many reasons to reach out to him, especially not with concerns or complaints, but when we had questions or needed tips, he got right back to us. I definitely recommend this property for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience.

Fantastic Hosts

This was my first visit to Augusta/Masters Tournament. I was looking for a place to stay that was walking distance to the course and to dining since I was not familiar with the traffic and parking situation. This property is just off Washington Road with its numerous restaurants and just over a mile to the North Gate of ANGC. Perfect. Prior to arrival, I received a text from Josh letting me know that the cleaners had finished early and I could check in early if needed. I hadn't arrived in town yet but it was a nice gesture. A basket of snacks was left on the counter for us which was nice after a long drive. The house was clean and just as described in the listing. It is equipped with modern furnishings. The smart TV allowed us to use the AirPlay mode to search for images of ourself on the Masters.com website after we returned from the course. Overall, it was a fantastic visit to Augusta. The owners communication with us and the attention to detail made the stay that much better. Thanks.

Masters Weekend

This place is great in all ways. My golf buddy and I really enjoyed our time here. Super clean and tidy 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, great outdoor patio, comfy sitting area with killer large TV (streaming golf upon our arrival), and nicely appointed in all other ways including Masters inspired accents. We felt welcomed and pumped up for golf from the moment we walked in, and the gift basket with snacks and local maps was icing on the proverbial cake. The hosts are very thoughtful and hospitable and communicative. Good restaurants and grocery stores within half a mile, and Augusta National is about a mile away. It is truly walkable if you didn’t want to deal with parking. Overall, this is an outstanding spot for visiting the Masters.

Perfect location for Masters week

Thanks so much for the hospitality and opportunity to celebrate my 50th with a buddy for Masters week. The location is great - allows for a walk to the gate (or a very short drive). It's a great spot to have for after round relaxing, cooking, enjoying the backyard and re-living the round. Our host had a basket with snacks and wine waiting for us when we arrived, and beer in the fridge. Plenty of room with two bedrooms, a great room, and a nice backyard sitting area. Grill was nice to have for preparing meals every evening. Host was very attentive to all our needs. A must for Masters week - I've been two other times, and this tops my recommendations.

Great place. 20-25 min walk to Augusta Nat’l

We had a great trip and the place was great. Very clean and nice open area inside to hang out. Very short walk to Augusta National. The owners were extremely accessible and very easy to work with before and during stay. Highly recommend!

Perfect Masters Experience! Location, Location, Location!

We just spent Golf Week 2016 in Augusta to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. We booked this home 1 year in advance of the 2016 Masters without any tickets in hand! We are thrilled that we did! This house was very clean, looked almost new, and had everything you need for a home away from home. When we arrived the owners had bottles of water and cold beers in the fridge as well as a basket of snacks waiting for us. In the basket was also lanyards for us to use for the week and a map/booklet of Augusta National. The beds were very comfortable & towels large and soft. The owners emptied more than enough drawers in the bedroom and cabinets in the kitchen for our use. The owner was very accommodating & when we had an issue with the TV, he called us right away to walk us through it's operation. There is outdoor seating where we enjoyed our private happy hours after being on the course all day. The course is in walking distance - about 1.5 miles, but there are no sidewalks so we zigzagged through parking lots for safety. There were plenty of people walking, although parking at August National is free. All the restaurants & bars & grocery stores are in walking distance (i.e. Bonefish, Hooters, Carrabba's, etc). We had a great time watching Friday's competition at "Somewhere in Augusta" (sports bar). There is Mexican Restaurant, with outside eating and plenty of TVs, literally in the "back yard" of the home - we ate there 2 times, the tortilla chips are served warm. We ordered our practice round badges from StubHub and StubHub has an office set up right next to the Publix, which is, again, in walking distance. We had no problem picking up our badges. Along the main road, Washington Rd, there are people re-selling badges, but they are not abundant. We did walk up on Thursday morning and purchase our badges for the 1st day of competition from a reseller & avoided the StudHub additional fees. Overall, we highly recommend this home for a week in Augusta for the Masters. You will not be disappointed.
