Paradise Villa in the Countryside with Pool

In the peaceful countryside near Imotski, Villa Vinis Terra is designed for families who enjoy staying active, exploring together, and returning each evening to total comfort and privacy. Fully fenced, spacious, and filled with activities, this five-bedroom villa offers children the freedom to play and parents the space to relax completely.

The villa's layout is practical and family-friendly across two levels. The ground floor brings everyone together with a bright, open kitchen and living area with a fireplace, extending seamlessly onto a covered terrace for easy indoor-outdoor living. Two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and an additional guest toilet on this level are ideal for younger children or the elderly. Upstairs, two shared full bathrooms, a second living room with a PlayStation, making it the kids’ zone, and three bedrooms - two with double beds and one with twins - offer a quiet retreat with countryside views for restful nights.

Outdoors is where the true magic happens. A large private swimming pool keeps energy high from morning till evening, while the jacuzzi becomes the perfect evening reward. The shaded garden, swings, and playhouse keep the little ones busy for hours. Add bicycles and a covered barbecue terrace, and each day naturally transforms into a full activity schedule without ever leaving the villa.

Beyond the gates, family adventures continue - from exploring the famous Blue and Red Lakes for nature walks to beach days along the Makarska Riviera. Cycling, canoeing, visiting local taverns, and scenic drives ensure no two days ever feel the same.

With space for everyone, modern comforts throughout, and an outdoor setting built for movement and fun, Villa Vinis Terra isn’t just a place to stay - it’s a complete family holiday rhythm where kids play freely, parents unwind easily, and memories are made effortlessly, day after day.
