Quiet, cosily furnished comfort studio on the ground floor of the manor house with balcony. You will find a spacious storage room in the entrance, a generous, bright WC/shower area. In the cosy bedroom, you can lie comfortably on a double bed made of solid larch with 7-way adjustable slatted frames on multi-zone mattresses under cosy down duvets and wake up to the southern sun; in the evening, you can enjoy the heavenly peace and quiet on the large balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. As in the entire house, ceiling heaters are also installed here, which radiate heat pleasantly evenly. The windows and the double door to the balcony are fitted with sun-yellow roller blinds to provide privacy, while the parquet flooring makes the rooms pleasant to walk on and easy to clean, as does the friendly, bright and generously proportioned wet area.The Mainkai promenade for strolling and sunbathing is right next to the apartment complex; there is also a well-run international restaurant with sun terraces, lounge and vaulted cellar. Just 80 metres above, on the market square, there are several restaurants ranging from Chinese and Greek to one of the best Franconian brewery pubs, the Bräustüble.
