Special Lake Front property with awesome views of sunrises, sunsets, in a quiet Bay. Main house (3 bedrooms/3 bath) with a large hot tub and a Separately rented Private Studio with a full bath. (Studio Rented only to Main house renter FOR LARGER GROUPS OF 6 OR MORE YOU WILL DEFINITELY NEED TO ALSO BOOK THE STUDIO @$125 Per Night) all in a highly relaxing setting on the water. This beautiful estate is located in a very quiet neighborhood in Lower Lake near Jago Bay, one of the best and most coveted areas on all of Clear Lake. It is on the Konocti Resort side of the Lake. Use of side dock and mooring whips for your boat is available for for a $50 additional fee. Secure Fully Fenced and Gated Front Yard is Great to Keep Kids and Dogs Safe. For your peace of mind and safety outdoor ONLY security cameras are monitoring the front and back of property as well as out toward the Lake.

The family loved our visit to this home. We especially enjoyed the top deck for viewing the lake. The fishing was fun and everyone caught fish. Host was quick to respond to our questions and kitchen had everything we needed.All the info given in the check in email covered everything one would need for a successful visit to this home.

A perfect lakeside getaway

This house has everything you need to have fun at the lake and is great for all ages. The views from the deck are breathtaking.

Great spot for a getaway

We had a great time on our family trip and this house was perfect. Being comfortable and idealy loacted we were able to relax and enjoy the lake with no stress or hassle. The amaneties were nice as well.

It was a fun space for all 8 of us! Owners were very responsive and helpful! We loved waking up to the peaceful sounds and views of the lake! All of the amenities worked well. We went to Lakeport and rented a boat and jet ski which was super fun and easy!

Living the lake life

The house was perfect. The views are some of the best on the lake. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Plenty of beach chairs & floats. Beds were comfy and there was room for everyone. We hope to stay again.

Awesome lake house with great amenities.

The home has everything you need for a family of four and their dog. There’s plenty to do even if you don’t have a boat or a jet ski. The views of the lake are amazing and on windy days you can hear the crashing of the waves right outside the windows. Also loved hoping in the jacuzzi when it cooled down in the evenings as well as the downstairs game room. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Lake House

This lake house is a perfect place to just and relax and enjoy to quietness of the lake. The view was amazing and the deck has shade all day long. We had one small problem and the host had someone over within 45 mins to fix it. The host is great and really cares that you have a good time at their lake house. Overall a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Our favorite thing was the beach that we used to launch our blow-up boat from. Its perfect for anyone looking to do a push off launch. The house has a few quirks to be mindful of. There were detailed instructions given for how to work everything in the house. The owner is very responsive.

Clear Lake long weekend

I really like the house. To be honest, I never got a chance to explore all that it offered, but the view was wonderful from the living/dining room and the surroundings great for a walk/jog. We had a wonderful relaxed time visiting some very good wineries, and also just relaxing at the house. Could have stayed much longer. Alan (owner) was in close touch the whole time. A great little vacation!

Christmas at the lake

This house has everything! We spent our whole week hanging out at the house, enjoying the view of the lake (from the living room, the deck, the hot tub). The rain kept us from adventuring out, but we stayed busy & entertained the whole time playing pool & games, cooking, watching mysteries and just enjoying time together. Our hosts were very responsive & thought of everything.

New Years Getaway with Family

We had an amazing time at the property for New years! We rented the house and studio. There were 7 adults and 2 dogs. We had all the comforts of home and more, and in a BEAUTIFUL location. We brought food and ate all our meals at the house because we didn’t want to leave. Kayaking was a super fun and we got to see lots of bird life. I hope we have the opportunity to come back soon.

!WOW!

What a terrific getaway. The property is a fun layout. We would come back in a heartbeat. Winerys aren't too far and there is a grocery store upbthe road. If you want to explore the whole lake area, then this is the place for you. With lakefront access. It worked well for our family get together. Smiles for days of an amazing fall season.

Fishing with 'Rents

Very nice property. From the instructions, it seems as if the renters had bad experiences in the past, which is really sad. The rental was very clean, location spectacular, truly million dollar views. We had a wonderful time. We hope that future renters can respect their property as their own so that the warnings don't have to seem so restrictive and negative. This is a lovely place and should be treated as such.

Lakeside stay

We had a great time at the lake house; the house is well stocked (best stocked kitchen I have ever stayed at a rental property), beds are soft, lots of pillows and blankets available. There are books and games for kids and adults alike. The swamp cooler AC with fan combo does a good job of keeping the house cool and the deck is a great place to relax and read a book. We went in summer where the toxic blue-green algae is high so weren't able to get in the water, which was the only downside. Alan is amazing and checked in along the way and helped with our only hiccup. Kudos to Alan and the lake house!!!

All amenities were as listed, a marvelous lake front home in a rural setting. The area has several communities that offer a good mix of casual and fine dining. A great place to just relax or to be busy. Great for bird watching opportunities .

Read the listing carefully. At first read it looks like you get all 4 rooms and baths for the cover price. The reality is the cover price is for 3 bedrooms and baths. We had 2 baths since the downstairs wasn't cleaned. The 4th room is extra. The cleaning was not very good and dishes and utensils were dirty. Worse was the pots and pans had to be scrubbed multiple times to get them clean. (Should be replaced.) The price was high for our stay with having these issues.

Thank you for pointing out how important it is to carefully read this and of course any listing. To be clear and to quote directly from the Listing front page "Description" area in VRBO ..."Main house (3 bedrooms/3 bath) with a large hot tub and a Separately rented Private Studio with a full bath. (Studio Rented only to Main house renter FOR LARGER GROUPS OF 6 OR MORE YOU WILL DEFINITELY NEED TO ALSO BOOK THE STUDIO @$125 Per Night)"... In addition, we had, prior to booking messaging to clear up any confusion on this subject so there would be no question as to the Bed/Bath configuration when booked. The fully functional 3rd full Bath is downstairs in the Recreation room and is mostly a convenience for Lake and Rec-room users so they don't have to run upstairs every time. There was no reason to not use it. The separate Studio with a full bath was also booked for use as well. Many guests have commented on how much they appreciate our fully equipped kitchen with lots of cooking options for multiple guests. The kitchen has a high-end Miele dishwasher that cleans like no other. No one before has ever had an issue with cleanliness or the housecleaning crews thoroughness. We were sent two photos of "dirty" pans. One was a large black seasoned basting pan for cooking Thanks-giving turkey and the like. The other was an Extra large black seasoned Sauté pan. Seasoned should not be confused with dirty (which they were not) A particular concern is that the "scrubbed multiple times" was actually scrubbing not only the seasoning but also the black coating of the pans off. They will most probably now be taken out of service. To conclude on a high note the guests last words in messaging was "Thank you for letting us stay. We enjoyed ourselves."

Outrageous Views of the lake

Great property with tons of room for everyone. Wonderful outdoor spaces to enjoy both front and back. Really appreciated the gated yards so the dog could go outside unattended. Hot tub was fantastic.

Wonderful Property

The home is very nice and the location was great for relaxing. The property is beautifully landscaped and the game room is a lot of fun. We would rent it again in a heart beat.

Beautiful

Beautiful house,beautiful location and wonderful views! In 5 days,we had all 4 seasons, I got to swim (it was a little too chilly for me)the dogs loved it though,go for walks,very peaceful neighborhood and the guys went kayaking and caught some really nice bass! Would definitely go again. Wendy and Rick.

We had been renting homes on the lake for 25 years and got to be very familiar with different neighborhoods around the lake. We fell in love with this location for it is very quiet, is on a road with loops around from the main road so there is very little traffic. We take walks every day so we wanted a safe and relaxing road on which to walk and this is a perfect family neighborhood.

The sunsets are amazing The property has beautiful gardens with flowers for the table and fruit for the basket. There is Pinball, Pool Table, Ping-Pong, Large Hot Tub, Grass Lawn, Basketball Hoop, Hammock, Kayak, a private dock for your boat and much more.
