This stony house is quietly and idyllically situated on a hill planted with olive trees and wild pistachio. It offers a wonderful view of the sea and the coast of Turkey. The sandy beach at Karfas is only 300 metres from the house.
Each pergola provides seating and two deckchairs. There is a grill and a private parking space is available.
The 90m² house can accommodate ideally four adults and four children. It is simply, but tastefully furnished. It has two bathrooms with a shower and toilet on each floor.
On the ground floor, there is a double bed bedroom and the other has two single sofa beds more adapted for children. In front of these two rooms there is a pergola with a view of the sea. The kitchen opening to the pergola is equipped with a hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The bathroom is next to the kitchen.
The first floor has also a bedroom with a double bed and a room which can be used as a sitting-room or a bedroom with two single sofa beds more suitable for kids. The first floor pergola has a wonderful view of the sea, too.
There are little shops, restaurants and tavernas jut 300 metres from the house, as well as the Karfas sandy beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and ideal for children. The water there is not too deep and pleasantly warm. For those interested in culture, the island of Chios has many places of interest.
Please note that the house does not have a TV. The final cleaning and bed linen are included in the rental price.
A car is recommended for getting around. The owner can arrange well-priced rental cars with us.
