This holiday villa is in the little Istrian village of Carici. The village is 500 metres from Brsec and 1500 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia. A village road with little traffic leads to the house, which is in quiet surroundings. You can enjoy a relaxing holiday amidst nature here, away from crowds.

In front of the house there is the terrace with garden furniture, loungers and parasols. There is also a private heated pool with an outdoor shower. The heated pool is open between 15 April and 15 November or upon agreement. As part of the terrace, there is a 20m² taverna with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table and a grill. The site is enclosed and suitable for children.

The 120m² house has air conditioning and satellite TV and can accommodate eight people. It combines a traditional flair with modern comfort. The 35m² ground floor has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower, washing machine and hairdryer. The 65m² upper floor has a living room with a double sofa bed, flatscreen TV and wood-burning oven. There is also a third bedrooms with a double bed and also a kitchen with a stove, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher, with an adjoining, big, rustic dining space. The second bathroom bathroom has a shower, bidet and a little sauna. Free Internet access is available.

Barely two kilometres away there is a beautiful beach. Within 700 metres you can find a minimarket, a restaurant and a bar.

The two houses are identically furnished and ideal for a holiday with a large family or friends.
