The 77 m² flat for 4+2 persons (sofa bed suitable for children up to 1.50 m tall) is located in the former 'haystack', directly opposite the main building and is divided into 2 floors. Ground floor: entrance, living room with sofa bed, dining area with kitchenette and fireplace, bathroom with shower, storage room. Upper floor: double bedroom, bathroom with shower, bedroom with two single beds. In the garden in front of the house there is a pavilion with table and chairs.
Our wonderful holiday resort is located in the heart of Chianti, near Siena, in an idyllic landscape.
Nestled in the hills of Tuscany, these 8 beautiful and comfortable holiday flats are located at the foot of a gentle chain of hills, mostly covered with holm oak forests. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the typical landscape between the Val d'Elsa and the Terre Senesi.
Once an ancient hamlet where farmers lived and worked the land for the local lords, the cottages have been renovated and tastefully furnished, respecting the original architecture. Each flat has its own covered terrace with exclusive garden furniture. Green spaces, stone, wood, terracotta floors, typical stone walls, flowering pergolas and warm colours are the elements skilfully interwoven to create a pleasant atmosphere.
Even the outdoor spaces have been designed to offer guests maximum comfort: a large swimming pool (16x8, open from May to October, 1 to 1.50 m deep), surrounded by a tiled solarium with terracotta floors, equipped with parasols and deckchairs; the bocce court, barbecue area and covered parking area have been skilfully adapted to the rustic setting. Communal washing machine available.
Ideal for discerning guests, the resort has been designed to provide them with the most comfortable and relaxing stay possible. Here you can relax after strenuous excursions. You can also order fresh bread and groceries for your arrival.
