This is a 2 bedroom/2 bath NON-SMOKING unit. No check-in or check-out necessary! New Resort Lock system allows everyone in your party entry without the hassle of keeping up with multiple keys or check-in/check-out lines!

We have some of the best views of the Gulf and all the comforts of home! The unit consists of two bedrooms and two baths. The large master bedroom provides wonderful views of the Gulf with balcony access letting you enjoy the sunsets and the ocean breeze. Enjoy the large LCD Flat Screen with DVD player in the master. The large master bath offers double vanities and a large garden tub with shower.

The condo also has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, large brand new 42' Plasma Flat Screen in the living room with DVD player and stereo with CD player. The master bedroom and comfortable 2nd bedroom also have their own LCD Flat Screen as well. We’ve also included board games and magazines for more leisure activity.

Mom and Dad will love our unit, too and not just because the kids are having a blast. There is an adult only swimming pool and Jacuzzi with a bird’s eye view of the kids play area, a state of the art fitness facility overlooking the pool and lazy river, a poolside Bar & Grill, High Speed Wi-Fi access and onsite Beach apparel and Surf shop.

Not to mention a fantastic Front Beach Road location with easy access to the new Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport(ECP) - just 15 miles away, Pier Park shopping, movies and restaurants (approx. 2 miles away) and quick access to the shops and restaurants of Hwy. 30-A's Rosemary and Seacrest Beaches (approx. 7 miles away).

Outside your door is an expansive 400 feet of crystal clear emerald Gulf waters and soft snow white sandy beaches. Stretch out in the sun or take a dip in the Gulf. Here you can relax while the kids dive into big fun! Concierge-style services and a fun variety of activities will bring you back time and again!! You’ll be able to park the car, slip on your sandals, and live happily on the beach, with everything you need in a condominium to make your vacation perfect.

House keeping.

Hello our stay was phenomenal! We loved the location and room. Only thing when we was plugging up our cell phone chargers we noticed that trash was under the bed and dresser in the queen bedroom. That would be the only thing. We all loved our stay and plan on staying again in the near future. Have a blessed day!

Perfect family condo!

This was our third visit to Splash and our second time booking with Julia. She was very responsive to messages and willing to help answer any questions we had, even though she was on vacation herself! We cooked a lot of our own meals and we weren’t lacking anything that we needed in the kitchen. Our kids love to sleep on the pull out couch in the living room even though the second bedroom has plenty of space. We will definitely be back and booking with her again!!

Family Vacation 2023

We were very unhappy with our condo. It was not clean and needs to be updated. The floor had not been cleaned in a while. Our feet were completely black from walking on the floor the first day. Kitchen wasn't clean. The utensil door was very nasty. It was my understanding that the condo was pet free. There was dog food in the room. We have family very allergic to animals so this created a problem for them!!!

Nice place!

The condo was exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen items, storage for our things. This place even has beach chairs and sand toys for use! Cleanliness has three stars because the master bed sheets had sand on them before we got in. There are no sheets for the sleeper sofa, which we used, and no pillow cases for three pillows. The outlets in the spare room didn't work. This condo is a great place to be regardless.

Great condo!

Condo was very clean and in a great location. The view from the balcony is beautiful! You can rent beach chairs right in front of the resort which made it super convenient. The owner was super fast at replying to any questions. Check in was simple and quick. Would highly recommend!

Our stay was great!!

We loved our time at this condo. It was very clean. The only hiccup we had was the towels were left in the washer and not washed for the condo and the dishes left in the dishwasher so we didn’t know I they had been washed or not. Other than that, everything was very clean. The owner was great through the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Overall I gave 4 stars our beds had sand in them upon arrival and the sheets had something green on them. Simple fix we just put them in the wash. Overall the condo was pleasant.

Good but not great

Overall this rental was average. The living room sofa and the recliner chair are in poor shape. They are not comfortable to sit in and need to be replaced. We had to access our own Hulu account to access live network TV channels. The owner tried to help us but did not understand what we were looking for. Roku live is the only channel available. No ice maker in refrigerator. The dishwasher does work but operates very loud while running. There were no hangers in either rooms closet so we had to purchase our own. Overall I would rate this rental as average.

Beautiful place

We loved our stay, bitter suit to leave. It was absolutely beautiful and very convenient to stores and restaurants. Right on the beach with a few pools to pick from.

Excellent property

We loved our stay at Splash. We brought our 2 and 4 year old children. The condo itself was great. Master bedroom and bathroom were large—we added our pack and play and a blow up twin bed and still weren’t cramped. The kitchen was just the size we needed and we cooked thanksgiving dinner! The other bed and bath were a nice distance from the master—which my in laws appreciated. :) The pools were kind of chilly—especially the water park area, but we still utilized them daily. The building is nice and close to the water so it’s a short walk from the deck to the waves. We were afraid the parking garage/walking bridge would be a hassle but it was not. Our 4 year old became an expert on our route to and from our unit and which elevator buttons to push. We also enjoyed the vending machines and that they accept Apple Pay. Security seemed easy to access and the whole place felt very safe.

Dirty and things broken

This condo was not cleaned properly when we arrived. Hair stuck to the master bedroom shower walls, red sauce of some kind on the living room table, sand on the floor, and a sticky brown substance on the floor of the 2nd bedroom. Things were also broken. Recliner was broken in the living room, master bed feel to the floor when we first sat on the bed and I had to reinforce the bracing myself on the bed that was not done correctly, kitchen utensils were broken, 2nd bedroom blinds were broken and you could see into the room from the hallway, both drain stops didn’t work in either bathroom so we could give our 1 year old a bath so she had to take showers with us. View is great, condo has big time potential, just need to be taken care of.

Absolutely Fabulous

First, the location was phenomenal and the view was breathtaking. Second, The condo was very clean, well stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen essentials. Fially, the check-in process was easy as pie and the lady at the check-in desk was beautiful, cheerful, friendly, and helpful. I hope to visit again soon.

Overall fun time at Splash Resort

Overall we had a good time at this property. I probably wouldn’t stay again just because of how uncomfortable the beds were- but otherwise it was exactly as described. Pros: -easy communication with owner -awesome views- right on ocean -splash park and pools were nice and pretty well kept, it made for fun days when the beach was closed for rip tide. Great for families -property and condo were fairly quiet and clean. I was surprised how easy it was to get an elevator whenever we needed it. -easy walkway over to the parking garage so you don’t have to cross the Main Street. Also a souvenir shop under the parking garage so you can get beach items and touristy things (expensive of course)! -washer and dryer worked well and came in handy to clean our towels after the beach -functional kitchen so we could eat there instead of going out to eat for every meal -reasonably priced compared to hotels in the area (two bedrooms and two baths is a bonus!) -property has a poolside grill and coffee/donut shop. Also shaved ice stand which the kids loved. Cons: -the beds were so old and uncomfortable. We didn’t sleep well the entire time. I rented this unit thinking one of my kids could sleep on the pull out sofa- turns out it’s about 30 years old and shot. So basically we had a kid sleeping between us the whole time. -the unit wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t clean. The floors were sandy coming in, our linens were wet - it’s a rental unit- understandable why it’s not furnished with nice things- but some updating has to happen just for basic enjoyment -the riptide grill is located poolside- food was good and reasonable- non alcoholic drinks for the kids were $20 each- way overpriced for 3 kids ($60!) -it’s on the 18th floor- which makes for great views- but If you have littles it’s really nerve wracking with the balconies -second bedroom TV is very small and doesn’t work Suggestions: -replace the beds and couch! -lounge chairs on the deck would be awesome -replace bedroom TV Thank you for sharing your house with us. Spring Break Getaway

Great getaway with the family. Wish the splash area wasn't cold but the heated pools helped a lot. Obviously Julia has no control of this. Ocean was beautiful and we had a great view of it.

Couldn't ask for a better condo

The condo was amazing. It was roomy enough for myself and 5 children. The balcony was large, and I could exit through 2 rooms. The only thing that I was disappointed by was the old school motel shower head. It had a large bathtub, and good water pressure, but it could be so much better! The only real problem is the way they had to set up parking. You have to park across the street in the garage. I parked on level 3 because it had the most spots. You then had to ride the elevator down to the lobby, walk across the hallway that crosses the street, and ride the elevator up to the 18th floor. It was a pain on arrival to get my luggage to my room, and worse on checkout when I had twice as many items to carry down. The 10 am checkout is ridiculous, especially since we can't check in until 4. I'm sorry I wasn't able to get out of there at exactly 10 am, but I had to take 3 trips down, across, and up to my car to load my items and my children. Keep in mind, these are not issues with the apartment, but with the hotel in general. These are not reflections on Julia, the owner of the apartment. These are complaints on the set up, of which Julia has no control over. The beach was LOVELY. so beautiful. The pools and Waterpark were fun. I was very disappointed to have realized the arcade was closed during my stay. If anyone reading this is looking for a great experience, please see Gavin in the little booth on the beach and book a dolphin tour. We rented jet skis, paddle boards, and booked the dolphin tour to Shell Island and it was SO amazing. It is an absolute must. The dolphins swam right up to the boat! Anyways, in closing, I would definitely rent from Julia again, there were no real issues with the room, and it was lovely! Thank you!

Beautiful

The property is just as described. The views were beautiful as was this condo. I wish we could have stayed there for the duration of the trip. Check-in and check-out was easy as were the directions and instructions Julia sent.

Amazing time!

We stayed in this condo from Wednesday to Sunday with 4 adults and children ages 2-7. Everything was exactly like the listing said it would be, and more than enough room for all of us to stay comfortably. Whenever I had questions the property owner responded immediately and even sent maintenance first thing in the morning after a late night message (tv remote problem). Overall it was a wonderful vacation and I would definitely recommend this room to everyone!! We will be back in the future for sure!!

Beautiful condo. Great host. Only a couple of minor complaints.

Overall the condo was great! I’m very picky about furnishings & decor and the condo was beautiful! The owner, Julia, was wonderful too. She was very responsive anytime I messaged her. One thing I was impressed with is that there were plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, a couple of umbrellas & even a beach cart on the patio. I imagine these are all items that have been left by other guests so it’s not mentioned in the listing. We even added to the beach toys since we didn’t really have the space to travel back with them. I only have a couple of minor complaints. The living room tv was complicated to use. Make sure you watch the YouTube tutorial she provides in the check in instructions before you try to turn on the tv to avoid this slight inconvenience. One thing that I wish I had asked before we got there was if salt, pepper, & coffee filters were provided. Not a big deal except I wasn’t prepared. The other thing that was annoying was that our next door neighbors were smoking pot on their balcony the entire time. Which was completely out of Julia’s control. I normally wouldn’t have been so annoyed by this except EVERY. SINGLE. TIME we stepped on the balcony it reeked of weed. So much so that even my 5 yr old walked out & asked what “the stinky smell was”? Which was not a conversation I wanted to have with either of my young children. When I messaged Julia about this she tried everything in her power to remedy the situation, which I greatly appreciated. (I’m not a prude by any means. Like I said a little pot normally wouldn’t have bothered me but this weed was very strong & lingered. It smelled worse than any weed I’ve ever smelled before). The last thing I will say is that the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. It was super hard & firm. As a side sleeper I have a tender spot on my hip where a spring seemed to have been poking me every night. I tried to remedy the discomfort by adding 1 of the extra blankets that’s in the closet folded a couple of times under the flat sheet, but my husband & I still woke up every morning w/ sore backs. A good solution to this would be to add a couple of mattress egg crates & a memory foam mattress topper to soften the mattress for a more comfortable sleep. We would definitely stay here again & just make sure we are prepared next time by going to Walmart & buying a couple of mattress egg crate toppers once we got down there since we wouldn’t have room in our small car to travel with them.
